** People Who Help Us 👮👩‍🚒👩‍⚕️👷**
PCSO Blyth and PCSO MacGregor visited Birchfield Primary School in Gildersome this week to carry out a presentation to Reception and Nursery pupils on 'People Who Help Us'.
They spoke about thier role as PCSO's and what it involves. They also talked to the children about the many different roles the Police Force has and what it is like working for the Police 👮👮🏻‍♀️
... Afterwards, the children got to see the big police van, they were shown where prisoners have to sit and also had the opportunity to try on some uniform! But we think the blue lights and sirens were their favourite! 🚨
Maybe we now have some future Police Officers!! 👮👮🏼‍♀️

** Wedding Bells are ringing at Drighlington Primary School**
Reception and Nursery children played part in a mock wedding this week at St Peters Church in Drighlington.
This was arranged after the children started asking questions to a teacher who is due to get married this summer, so the teacher decided to show the children what is involved and how a wedding is planned.
... They have a long time to wait but they all loved it and now have a better understanding of weddings! 👰🤵👩‍❤️‍👩👨‍❤️ ‍👨

***Suspects in Custody - Morley*** Following a call received of an ongoing burglary in the Churwell area, officers from Team 1 Morley NPT attended the area and sighted a vehicle involved in the offence. This vehicle failed to stop for our officers and crashed a short distance away where all three occupants were arrested. The vehicle was found to be stolen from another burglary in the Beeston area last month. On searching the suspects, they were found in possession with knives. Good work by our officers.
