Have you tried Yorkshire Dama Cheese Ricotta yet? Looking for ideas for what to cook with it? We have been making gnudi, Italian dumplings which are very similar to gnocchi but using ricotta instead of potato. They are light and fluffy and perfect served with a bolognaise sauce, or pea and broad bean warm salad, both very tasty indeed!

We recently bought our first pack of Yorkshire Squeaky Cheese - the Original variety. The cheese had a tangy taste when raw (similar to a Wensleydale) and cooked nicely - had it on a bread bun with some chips and it was delicious. We will definitely buy it again and I would love to try the smoked and the chilli varieties.

We bought some Halloumi cheese at the Foodies festival Ripley Castle today - is excellent. We also bought the cheeses with mint & with chilli. Yet to try but looking forward to it. A great food producer!

Tried this cheese at a #cookforsyria supper club in Bristol at the weekend and it is fabulous! So creamy, no saltyness can't wait to eat more!!! Amazing cheese amazing women!

Today at your pop up in the packhorse centre I bought Labneh, some Za'atar spice and some gluten free crackers ....all delicious thank you . Ive had halloumi salad with labneh mixed with the spice and a little olive oil and served with Pitta - yum yum

Just had some halloumi after buying some at the Rhubarb Festival on Sunday. It's got to be the best squeaky cheese on the planet ��

I haven't tried all of Yorkshire Dama Cheese's products yet (although I intend to) but the Smoked Yorkshire Squeaky Cheese, The Mint Yorkshire Squeaky Cheese and the Yoghurt Balls are delicious!

I buy this from my local farm shop and it is the most delicious cheese.. from the normal to the flavoured and the smoked is exceptional!!!! Keep doing what you are doing!!!

Exquisite cheeses that you really must try. My favourite is the Yorkshire Cottage Cheese which is similar to Ricotta and can be eaten grilled, in a salad or as it is or for sweet and savoury cooking. The Haloumi is fab too! Find them in the Packhorse Huddersfield.

Bought some of the chilli squeaky cheese today at Elsecar Food Festival and have just tried it - delicious ! Exactly as you described -the beautiful halloumi flavour first then a subtle hint of chilli. Am now addicted and cannot wait to try all the other flavours !
