YSF were fantastic from the moment i walked into the store until the moment the job was completed. The sales team were really helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions (and put up with all my back and forth queries!). The operatives were tidy, polite and did a great job clearing up after a very messy job. Very impressed now i just cant wait for winter!

YSF from the first contact to aftercare have been very responsive. We had a tricky installation requirement and YSF were the only company out of 5 that I contacted who gave me confidence that what we wanted could be achieved. The end result is fabulous!

The initial visit from Liam for measurements and design confirmation was arranged very quickly, the resulting quote was delivered asap and was straight forward with no hidden extras or uncertainties.

I arranged to have the living room and dining room done at the same time, both were full installations ripping out the old gas fires, opening up both chimney breasts and then completing the finish and stove installations. Two days of hard work, vast quantities of tea, coffee, biscuits and a lot of banter and I can confirm Alvin, Roy, Darren and Lee have done a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to recommend them, the quality of the workmanship is outstanding.

They arrived on time both days and kept us upto date with what was going on and cleaned up after themselves, told us everything we needed to know about how to start it and cleaning. Fitted a co2 alarm as well. Nothing but good things to say about this company �

We had a gas stove fitted in July. The installers removed our old fire place and worked tirelessly to get the flue lined on a red hot day, hard work when our chimney was blocked but they did it! The fire looks fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. We love our new fireplace and would definitely recommend YSF. Thankyou �

Considering what had just happened, the team cracked on, sorted the problem and tidied up the rubble and bricks.

We are very pleased with our wood burning stove and found the service received excellent from start to finish. There was a small mix up regarding the quotation visit but this was quickly resolved in less than 24 hours. The sales room staff were very helpful and patient with my indecisiveness! Fitters again very helpful and did an excellent job. The stove and fake chimney breast have totally transformed our room - a job well done.

Very efficient in coming out to measure up and gave us lots of information!! Installation was quick and no interruption to us. Very clean and tidy job even a text from the guys that night to ask if everything was ok to inform me of the time they would be arriving the following day!! we are loving the new log burner!! It's the only time I have wanted winter to come quickly so we can use it!!

The fitters came as planned and did a brilliant job of our fireplace, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Really friendly, efficient and totally professional. The fitters had a harder job than anticipated, fitting a small stove into the fire place of an existing old range. The work required removing a lot more brick work than planned as well as a hidden back boiler. The guys did a great job and the quality and appearance of the finish result was excellent.

We are very pleased with the fitting and have already recommended the company to a friend.
