Duties for The Field Sales Representative.
... Develop profitable new and existing business in your territory (WestYorkshire).
75% field-based role with travel across West Yorkshire.
Maximize company turnover in your area.
Project searching and create list of sites to target and track.
Consistent cold calling to generate repeat business.
Understand and track competitor activity.
Unplanned site visits to build relations with site staff, site
managers and construction directors.
Face to face pre-booked client meetings.
Explaining, interpreting and providing solutions that maximize
results.
Effective internal communication across the business.
Experience/skills Profile for The Field Sales Representative.
Sales experience within the construction industry, ideally Experience within M&E and general maintenance industry.
Experience in a business development and relationship building role.
Ability to demonstrate a successful track record in sales.
Experience dealing/working with contractors on site.
Comfortable in client facing role and good presentation.
Commercial awareness and desire to win business.
Ability to self-motivate and manage own time.
Desire to learn and grow in a business.
Strong IT skills including Office Suite.
Ability to travel as needed and a Full clean UK driving license.

Salary:Negotiable(depending on sales revenue generated)
Commission: 1.5% on new sales
