GANACHING CLASS
DATES Saturday 8th September 2018 10am till approx. 4pm
... PRICE £120.00 per person
This class is great for those wanting to create super sharp edges on your cakes.
In this class Richard will be teaching you how to level and fill your sponge cakes, and create straight edges in ganache.
Please note: You will need to bring your own packed lunch, as well as a 8 inch sponge cake.
Please be aware that it is possible that the class may run over the expected finish time.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your booking and the remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before your class. The skills learnt during your time with us are intended for you to use within your own business and under no circumstances should the class be replicated and taught to your own students.

Zoe made our wedding cake. We had a retro game themed wedding and we asked her to do a Sonic the Hedgehog cake (as we were getting married on Sonics birthday). I sent her a few references and ideas but left the unveiling for the big day. By god she delivered! Every single one of my 80 guests commented on how AMAZING the Cake was!!! And it tasted as good as it looked!!! We really didn't want to cut it!! Thank you so much Zoe xx

Zoe created my daughters 1st birthday cake and we were absolutely amazed by her creativity from a few photos. It was worth the long journey to collect and will definitely be coming back.

You have so much to share! Such an amazing talent and thank you for all the tutorials you share to all of us who look up to you! You're works are mind blowing GOOOOD! One of the best!!! Keep it up Zoe! I'm super, a big fan!

Wow, I attended the Bollywood dancer course in Zoe’s new shop today and have come home with a wealth of knowledge and two carrier bags full of supplies!



I’ve been on a number of Zoe’s courses but this was the first in the Shop. I cannot recommend her highly enough, I’ve learnt so much from her; she’s kind, patient, an absolute inspiration; my skills have really improved as has my confidence.



The shop is beautiful, so thoughtfully designed, an Aladdin’s Cake simply bursting with goodies (lots of which I’ve never seen anywhere else) ... Fabulous.

I have been to 3 of Zoe's classes, Bollywood Dancer, Cocktail Lady and Witches & Wizards and they were all amazing! Each class is very well thought out and extremely easy to follow, and because the class numbers are only small Zoe is able to give extra attention when its needed. I have learnt so many new skills from these classes and cannot wait to attend my next class in a few weeks, Horse Modelling :)

Just attended an amazing session (Steampunk Mermaid) led by the fabulous Zoe. This has to have been the best course I have ever been on. The tuition was spot on, with tons of advice and guidance. I’ve been decorating cakes for years, but still managed to learn lots of new tips and ideas. Great company too! Thanks Zoe. X

I was beaming with excitement when I arrived at Zoe's mermaid class yesterday. I don't think I have ever met such a wonderful person,her professionalism and patience as a instructor was out of this world. She instantly made me feel at ease and was very encouraging,helping me when things got a bit tricky. Loved it so much I booked another class while I was there. Even a trip to the shop is a experience in it self, viewing all her amazing work is mid blowing,thanks Zoe and of course not forgetting your very handsome husband. See you soon Jan x

I have used Zoe for 2 special cakes now and each time Zoe has surpassed expectations. From the initial consultations to the end products, I felt extremely involved in the creative process thus making both cakes (one our wedding cake, second one my husbands 30th,) completely bespoke. Every time we are blown away by the craftsmanship to the point it’s a shame to cut into them! Zoe’s cakes really are works of art, not to mention taste amazing too. I highly recommend Zoe’s Fancy Cakes and won’t go anywhere else now for future cakes, thanks again Zoe! Xx

I have done a few courses now with both Zoe and her amazing guest tutors and I have to say a great big Thank You. The shop and classroom are lovely and the facilities perfect. Zoe and Richard are extremely kind and supportive to everyone with nothing being too much hassle. The level of tuition is outstanding and I feel I have learnt so much during the courses. Thank you and Well done for all your hard work creating such a great little place.

I attended my first class with Zoe yesterday - the Bride & Groom modelling class. I had an absolutely brilliant day and was still buzzing hours after I had got home. I learned so much in a fun and friendly environment. Zoe's style of teaching is so relaxed, and I can't wait to book on to another class in the not too distant future. Oh and the little shop is packed full of little treasures so if you go, make sure you take plenty of money with you :-)

Had an amazing day yesterday. Just 2 of us and Zoe. Her patience, clear explanations, demonstration and support meant that we both came away feeling much more confident, inspired and enthused to try new things. Figure modelling was awesome and learning some basic hand painting skills and techniques was brilliant. Thank you so much Zoe...can't wait to come back for more!��

Attended the extremely talented Zoe’s fabulous Bride and Groom class yesterday. I’m very new to sugar modellng and learned so much in one day. She makes it sound and look so easy! Excellent facilities, fantastic shop packed with all cake decorating goodies you’ll ever need and very friendly students. I’ll be back - if Zoe will have me!
