Ahmed was fantastic! Superb service! I ended up learning so much about the area (it was my first time in that part of MK). This company has become my go-to every time I am in MK. Thank you!!!

Pre booked a taxi for 4pm at 4.15 pm there was no sign of it turning up. I rang them to receive a very vague response. Said he would call driver and see where it was. They called back to say it was stuck in traffic and would be with me in 15 mins. The actual driver called me 5 mins after this call having no idea I had already spoken to someone and said he would be picking us up at 4.45. He eventually turned up at 4.50. Really not acceptable when taxi was booked for 4.00 pm. Not impressed!

Had the worst taxi experience of my life with this cab firm. I'm not sure whether it was the company or the driver. On the evening of the grand prix a Silverstone, they arrived at our hotel 15 minutes late and the driver asked for £25 for a two mile journey £27.50 if we paid by card. The driver started the journey and when we complained about the expense we were told to get out of the car. We were not being abusive at all, just querying the price. We were two women and a child of 15 and yet the driver was still willing to abandon us on a a quiet road just before midnight. We rang another local cab firm who came immediately and was willing to take us for £15. We expected a little mark up on Grand prix weekend but nobody likes to be ripped off. If you as a company want to check this out, we were picked up at Whittlebury Hall at 11.45 but never arrived at our destination. I have the drivers name and a recording of the whole awful experience

Booked a taxi to come back to towcester and they keep messaging me saying they’re going to be late.Had to use a different company to get home very disappointed
