SYED HASHMI MIAN VISITS BRADFORD GRAND MOSQUE
Earlier today, Bradford Grand Mosque had the honour of welcoming world-renowned scholar, Pir Syed Hashmi Mian Ashrafi Jeelani who visited to offer their condolences on the demise of Qibla Pir Sahib, Shaykh Mohammad Atique-Ur-Rehman Sahib Faizpuri رحمہ اللہ تعالیٰ.
Upon arrival, Qibla Syed Hashmi Mian and his accompanying devotees were received by both Qibla Qadri Sahib, Shaykh Mohammad Anwar ul-Haq & Shaykh Mohammad Asrar ul-Haq O...waisi Sahib and after offering Fatihah, as it was their first ever visit here, the honourable guest was given a tour of the mosque and later held discussions with senior scholars over refreshments.
Qibla Syed Hashmi Mian were very impressed with the grand design of the whole site and were elated to hear about the various facilities being offered in service of the Deen. They concluded their visit by offering many kind words and prayers of continued success for this institute and everyone linked to it.
We pray that Allah Almighty prolongs the lives of our noble scholars and allows us to benefit from their blessed company for many years to come, Ameen.

INTERFAITH VISIT AT BRADFORD GRAND MOSQUE
Earlier this week, Bradford Grand Mosque welcomed a diverse group of visitors representing several faiths groups and organisations from various areas around Bradford for a visit and tour of it’s landmark site.
Upon arriving at the grand mosque, the guests were greeted by the management team and after a few welcoming words were firstly taken to the dining area and treated to lunch.
... Afterwards, the visiting group were given a full tour of the mosque facilities, participated in two presentations and were given the opportunity to view the Muslim prayer.
Also, as part of the visit, the mosque tour guiding team had organised a variety of displays and exhibitions and distributed complimentary gift bags before the guests departed later in the day.
May Allah Ta’ala accept the efforts of everyone who helped organise the visit to promote the true and peaceful message of Islam.

Below are some images from last weekend's Ghiyarwee Sharif event which took place here at Bradford Grand Mosque as we welcomed an amazing turnout of attendees and scholars both local and from all parts of the UK.
The main theme addressed at this month's event was "Precepts of Hajj" and many talks were held in both Urdu and English offering practical advice and detailed analysis of the Fiqh rules pertaining to the Fifth Pillar of Islam.

EID-AL-FITR 2018
Earlier today, on this special day of Eid-Al-Fitr, thousands of Muslim brothers arrived at Bradford Grand Mosque and took part in one of the largest indoor congregations for Eid Prayer in the UK.
Head Imam, Qibla Qadri Sahib, Shaykh Mohammad Anwar-ul-Haq shared some inspiring words of reflection before the prayer and afterwards brothers both old and young shared hugs, Eid congratulations and enjoyed delicious snacks and treats distributed by our volunteer te...ams.
May Allah Almighty grant us many more such joyous days and may He help us to continue the good actions of Ramadan into the rest of the year and beyond, Ameen.

if a child misbehaves in the mosque it is important to remember that children are innocent and sinless. Thus, we cannot reprimand them harshly: this may make them dislike mosques, the religions and maybe even their religion. Rather, we should treat them with gentleness and mercy, though being firm where needed. The parents, however, should be reminded of their duty to take care of their children while at the mosque.

What a beautiful Masjid it is! Always pray to almighty God to keep our minds connected with Masjid. Ameen!

What a beautiful Masjid and Khanqa of Bradford. A real blessing to have the presence of this institute on our doorstep. The rector, teacher Shaikh Muhammad Habib Ul Rahman Mehboobi (rehmatullah)’s own presence, guidance and ziker mahafil lead by him are one of the most satisfying and fulfilling experience for any Muslim brother. On the other side everyone involved with this Grand Mosque mirrors those great teachings and manners in their dealings with the general Public.

My prayers and best wishes for this Institute and everyone who is serving it.

The people of Bradford you are blessed to have this masjid in your city you must take advantage try praying 5 times a day if not atleast when ever you can.

The journey I have been through with Suffa-Tul-Islam is not comparable to anything else in my short life. A journey that started with the traditional Suffa Style Education (you know what I'm on about) with Mawlana Hasnain, Mawlana Mansur, Mawlana Adnan, Mawlana Habib and Mawlana Kashif but this all changed once I came under the tutelage of Mawlana Naveed Sialvi Sahib who educated us not only about Islam but also on how to build character and to pursue good morals so we can become true ambassadors for Islam!

Over a year ago I came under the authority of Qibla Hazrat Sahib, Shaykh Habib-ur-Rehman Sahib is a man like no other, who has cared for his flock of sheep and protected us and guided us. A man who is down to earth working with the people, constantly thinking on how they can best spread the wisdom that they have. MashaaAllah may Allah shower unlimited blessings upon them! I have great love for Suffa-Tul-Islam, my spiritual home, and Shaykh Sahib, my spiritual guide, may these sources become a great fountain for the spreading of Islam!

Thank you so much to Bilali for the wonderful tour of this beautiful mosque. A massive thanks & thumbs up from the year 5's & 6's at St Mary's Catholic Primary School in Halifax. The children & teachers are so grateful for your amazing hospitality & you will be receiving many thank you letters, much deserved. �

SUPERB build! Alhamdulillah is like a palace! Such innovative thinking as well! Love the mosque app you have. Makes it very accessible to the youth especially.



Only real grievance is that it's closed for such long periods of the day. Although I understand that this is due to building work... I'd also like to suggest other innovative ideas such as feeding the homeless in the local area and have a soup kitchen and a designated library /information centre especially for the reverts and other non Muslims seeking to learn about Islam.

Never seen this mosque before because im in Manchester n when yesterday went through with my friends it attracts us alot.

Loved it n will visit soon InshAllah.

A great amount of love, dedication and hard work has gone into the making of this beautiful Masjid. I was in Bradford for work and was blessed in reading Jumma Salah here.



Masha Allah the masjid can not be described by words, unique and and a fabulous representation. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience and the Imaam masha Allah was brilliant.

I walked past last night to have a look. It's beautiful.

I love the Suffa Tul Islam Association, it is very beneficial and educates lots of people. It also brings to light the true nature of what Islam is all about. Students of all ages can come together and learn about the beauty of our beloved Prophet's Sunnah and the Qur'an he sent to all of mankind.

I have been here on a number of occasions and found the inner peace I have searched for all my life, It helps when the naik people of this Dunya are there for us. My whole family love coming here, if you would like to find inner peace and Islamic guidance do visit the Grand Masjid of Bradford.

I love the mosque,but only thing is it should be open for Muslim. It's quite often when you go to read Namaz it's always lock unless it exist Namaz time .I personally thing mosque should be open all the time at least during the day..

Not beacuse i hate it like the star states!cos its Allahs house of course i don't hate it i love it but i hate the fact it is not fully being used as it should...Because it has been standing there for time now!and they still have not managed to open the women's section considering they have more than enough people donating at all times never mind the generous amounts in Ramadan!!so when is the women section opening? Wat century?!?

I was in Bradford for work and was blessed in reading Jumma Salah here.



Masha Allah the masjid can not be described by words, unique and and a fabulous representation. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience and the Imaam masha Allah was brilliant.

I walked past last night to have a look. It's beautiful.

I love the Suffa Tul Islam Association, it is very beneficial and educates lots of people. It also brings to light the true nature of what Islam is all about. Students of all ages can come together and learn about the beauty of our beloved Prophet's Sunnah and the Qur'an he sent to all of mankind.

I have been here on a number of occasions and found the inner peace I have searched for all my life, It helps when the naik people of this Dunya are there for us. My whole family love coming here, if you would like to find inner peace and Islamic guidance do visit the Grand Masjid of Bradford.

I love the mosque,but only thing is it should be open for Muslim. It's quite often when you go to read Namaz it's always lock unless it exist Namaz time .I personally thing mosque should be open all the time at least during the day..

1 star 2 say not happy! Not beacuse i hate it like the star states!cos its Allahs house of course i don't hate it i love it but i hate the fact it is not fully being used as it should...Because it has been standing there for time now!and they still have not managed to open the women's section considering they have more than enough people donating at all times never mind the generous amounts in Ramadan!!so when is the women section opening? Wat century?!?
