Lovely meal here last night for our anniversary. Waiting approx 30mins for a table, not unexpected at 8pm on a Saturday, but sat in prosecco bar and got stuck into some cocktails. I'd recommend the porn star martini- not on the menu but make sure u ask for it! Food and service was Great, we left full, Happy, and more than slightly tipsy!

Lovely food and service. Sometimes you have to wait for a table but as there is a prosecco bar and the quality of the food and service is fantastic we don't mind. Normally come with our children and they love it

Love this restaurant! Me and my husband have been coming here for years and have never had a bad meal. We are always made to feel really welcome and the staff are fab! They even still make us our favorite dish even though it is no longer on the menu. 5* in every way!

Last night had a brilliant night I am gluten free and would recommend it to anybody they had lots of choices for somebody who gluten-free and vegetarian . Gluten-free Pasta and pizza is amazing . Loved it and shall be returning on a regular basis ���

I've been coming here for years sonce I was a child and it never fails to impress me. The food, presentation and staff are always exceptional and no matter how busy there's always someone on hand with a friendly and helpful manner to ensure your visit is enjoyable and not sat around waiting for your order. Highly reccomend this place to anyone wanting an excellent meal with the staff to match and will continue to come here :) great work guys � still my favourite restaurant after all these years

Great place to get together with friends. Lively atmosphere, fab food and good service. Staff are very friendly and atentative to make you feel really welcome. This Italian restaurant never fails to please. Love it here.

Experienced the T bone steak last night, perfect in every way and highly recommended, I even made a pig of my self and picked up the bone to chew every last bit off the bone! Well done guys again

Brilliant service! Large group of people for a birthday surprise kept changing the number of people and they were more than accommodating we had a wheelchair and staff were there to meet us at the door . All staff were on hand and so helpful. Couldn’t of done more! They helped out with the surprise and food was lovely! The gentleman behind the bar has to have a mention so friendly as well as the staff serving the table. Would deffo reccommend!

Lovely meal and friendly staff however we found the music a bit too loud we had to shout conversation over our meals. Will be going back though �

Cosy great atmosphere lovely staff , good hearty portions of food at good prices.

Visited Aldo's last night, we love it here and go with our children. As usual the food was as good as it always is but the service wasn't the best. The table we sat at was more like a walkway, wasn't in a nice location at all, it was unmade when we arrived. Ordered food after about 25 minutes waiting and had to ask (there with my 6 year old) to place the order. They delivered the children's mains with our starters but our starter dishes were not collected for around 30 minutes and again had to ask, our mains were then dumped in front of us pretty much immediately. At this point the children were tiring so we had to order their desserts so we all finished around the same time. Sadly we'd waited that long to order and inbetween courses that by the time the adults had finished their meals the children were tired and needed to go home meaning no desserts for the grown ups. Overall ok but not as nice as I've known it..

Used to come here all the time when we lived in the area. Total out of towners last night. Food delicious. Service poor. Service definitely without a smile. Food plonked down with no eye contact. I ordered a special of Seabass- asked what it came with- sautéed spinach- I asked if I could switch this to a veg option. It was a rude no but you can order some extra! We did order extra but when a family run Italian cannot even offer a bit of flexibility on the side options that’s poor, greedy service! Totally understand why they wouldn’t want to change their options- but there’s also ways of saying it “you’ll have to pay for a veg” Shame! Bill came to about £70 for two- would have got a nice tip had they had been more friendly and accommodating.

Attended with my daughter and three others...bar tender was rude even after it was explained why I could not get to the main part of the bar (mobility). Although first man said he would serve me another was shouting at me to go around. No one was actually waiting to be served. I understand it was busy but very disappointed. Then we waited along time to be seated. Once seated and starters came is seemed a bit better. My main was very poor and for what it was, overpriced. This restaurant would benefit by having a booking system in place - it would be a better dining experience. The music was too loud and tables were cramped. Sorry but would not go back.

Wednesday evening, arrived at 7pm , was told a table would be free soon and was asked to take a seat in the bar area with a drink . Pint of Peroni and a red wine ( £10.75 !) , served with arrogance and rudeness ( maybe they charge extra for that ? ) . Sat with our drinks , noticed other customers were coming in and getting tables straight away , 7.45 i asked how long our table would be " 2 minutes" , waited until 8.05 , still no table , another couple walked in and were shown straight to a table ! Drank up and left ! Will never go again !

Tried to book a table, was told there was no need to book and to just come down. Was greeted by an arrogant twat. Waited 10 minutes for a drink because the barmaid served me and then took somebody else's drink order at the same time (even though I was first at the bar). Then waited 45 minutes and we still had not been shown to a table. Most decent restaurants take your booking over the phone, give you a time to arrive, then on arrival at the pre-booked time let you get a drink then seat you at your table within the first 15 minutes of you arriving. Food is supposedly good but now I will never find out because I will never go back.

Really disappointed, ruined my night completely! I phoned up today to book a table for 3, was told on the phone there was no need to book for that many and come on down, so myself my partner and my 4 year old daughter did at 6.50pm, we arrived and was told they would call us when table was ready to go get a drink, we went to the bar for a drink and sat down in the crowded bar, it got to 7.20 and still wasn't called, I went to ask how long and was told 7.30, still not good enough in my eyes, but sat down to wait, it got to 7.45 and still hadn't being called! So ended up walking out! Would of expected it on a busy Saturday if I hadn't booked that's why I called to book!!! Disgusting to make us wait that long before even looking at a menu and sitting at a table!!!

Never been here before so choose this for my birthday ,big mistake, huge mistake .

Starters were lukewarm and tasted like they were frozen and had been heated up.

Mains Pizza swimming in oil,spag Bol swimming in water and cannelloni had a hot dish ,hot sauce but was lukewarm .

The waiter pointed at our table before my daughter had finished her chocolate cake to show another customer that,s the table you will be sitting at "5 mins they will be"

Asked for the bill this was slammed down on our table by a girl the same girl who we asked for a cloth and she came over with parmesan!!!

The decor and furniture is very dated and looks very shabby .

My advice is if you want cheap lukewarm food with rude staff go here if however you are looking for something average with lovely food and nice staff get to Bellinins in Brighouse.

Awful customer service by the manager. Too loud. Have to shout to person next to you for a conversation, and the food isn't the best. Zizzi is nicer! Just like eating Campbell's pasta from a tin.

Your pizzas are gooey like that old school game gooey Louie!! (�)
