Presented by local historian Mike Covell, author of the Mike Covell Investigates series, and as seen on Most Haunted, Most Haunted Live, Paranormal Lockdown, and Ouija Dicing With Death.

We've had a busy morning researching the darker side of Hull's history for a new book.
These files cover a court case heard in Hull in 1901 in which the accused was named by some as "Jack the Ripper."

What an amazing year. 12 new books, awarded an award for Best British Cryptozoology Book of 2018, hundreds of new articles across various newspapers and magazines, hundreds of lectures, and tours, with clients from across the world, and working on some amazing television and radio shows with some lovely people.
That said I cannot wait to see the end of the year.
Roll on 2019. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

did the old town ghost walk tonight lead by the one and only mike covell! absolutley awesome loved it, spooky and hostorical at the same time just my cupa tea, thanks again mike � would deffo reccomend and will be!

Mike was a brilliant guide, full of facts and great stories, would definitely go again!!

Me and my 10 year old son had our first history walk (WWII) today. Son is a huge history fan and loved every second. Has not stop talking about it all day.

Juat came back from the ghost tour via hull uni and it was a brilliant evening! Mike is full of factual information, knowledge and open with the group about his experiences ect. Will definitely be going on another tour!
