Thank you to the staff in Argos on Kingswood yesterday, they were very busy and the store was full , it was close to closing time and a lady began getting cross with the staff who were working as quick as they could. I was given my receipt with an estimated time of 11 minutes for collection of my reserved items but in fact they were in my hands within 3 minutes. Well done to all the staff and hope you all enjoy a well deserved rest at Christmas ☺

Just have to say thankyou to the excellent staff in your store.Although it was very busy as was to be expected with the toy offer on which is the reason i'v been twice in the last couple of days� ,everyone gave service with a smile and were great so a big thankyou.I git everything i wanted.Big shout out to Denise and the store manager too�

Absolutely excellent customer service by Graham, we went to the store and purchased a stretch flash which my little boy wanted to take on holiday tomorrow ... as we waited Graham who works there had put it in the wrong persons bag ... when we went to collect it he realised and he took our address went to the store in town and brought it to our house with a full refund! Very happy little boy! Thank you!

This store may be good but the Goole store is useless my daughter rang to reserve monster high dolls , they went same night to be told they were out of stock so wasted time and diesel getting there so she rang for home delivery it said had not gone through after 3 attempts left it then 3 lots of orders came on separate days so she then had to rng for them to be returned !! the word USELESS for Argos I say and she still hasn't got the dolls she wanted !!!

Not impressed, my mother in law placed a reservation for a gift for her grandchild and the information told her it would be ready to collect on thurs. I went to collect it for her and was told it was not in stock (the person in store who helped me was very helpful I can't fault him). He explained to me re the reservation and that it hadn't been collected from the warehouse yet and that I would get a txt when it was in store. Absolutely fine I had no problem with this despite having to travel a fair way to go to the store. On sunday I received a text to collect the item as it was in store but by one hell of a coincidence the price of the item went up on the very same day. So from our point of view the item had been stalled until the price rise so Argos could get the extra profit. I am thoroughly disappointed that this seems to be the case

It seems like everything I buy from this shop has something missing from the box! Really annoying and means another trip back there at my expense! Get it right first time occasionally!

I have a cabin bed for my child they sent me six weeks ago they send the wrong size mattress which I arranged for them to swop the day after six weeks on I still have no mattress and my son is on the floor on a blow up bed ! They came with a delivery of a new bed minus the mattress two weeks ago when I refused it they then promised to sort out shopping the mattress still waiting !!!!

Worst company ever , the delivery driver you employed needs sacking he is discussing and your customer service skills are appalling at head office! Got lovely videos and photos of the driver spitting in my face, driving his trailer into the side of my car purposely, throwing items out of his cab and dinting my car door oh and also trying to punch my partner in the face , professionalism at its highest police are well aware !

Terrible experience. Three days before Christmas Day I purchased a Vax vacuum cleaner from Argos Hull Kingswood. When we got it home I realised the box had been opened and taped up. On opening the packaging inside was in disarray and all accessories had been opened. Worse to come!! The vacuum cleaner had been used!!! It was full of someone else's hair dust and filth!! The brushes were tangled with human hair. It was appalling. I was so upset and shocked. We had friends arriving the following day and I needed to vacuum but couldn't. We took it back the next day and being almost Christmas the roads and the retail park were heaving. My partner is a nurse working nights and the last thing we had time for was this! I told the staff and was shocked at their complacency. I asked to speak to a manager but was told that none were in the building. I asked fir compensation but was told very stroppily that it was tough and things like this happen at Christmas!! That vacuum cleaner could have been tampered with and been dangerous. Someone must have returned it and then Argos re sealed it and sold it as new having never inspected it. Really awful. I will never shop at Argos again and will advise anyone I know not to. We were offered another vacuum and had to take it as the female staff member wouldn't do anything else. She was so rude and kept blaming the Christmas staff. We had to pay for petrol to return it and take time off work. To not even be offered a small discount or alternative is disgusting. I'm still shocked and angry about this.

Show up at 5.50pm with my pre ordered resovation, to be greeted by a snotty gentleman telling me he's closed, although people where still inside browsing the catalogue, and no que at the tills, i now have an upset 5 year old child, what an absolute jobsworth!!!

Prossers in Hull , Chants ave , tv repair agents for ARGOS ! If anybody is getting a TV repaired through Argos - engineer was verbally abusive to my daughter in law , told her to FUCK OFF , they said they called to the house twice which is not true , both days I was present . Would you let these engineers in your house to verbally abuse your family ! They told her she as 'THICK AS FUCK' for not putting a note on the door to say the doorbell doesn't work . And PROSSER engineers shouldn't be allowed to get away with this . Disgusting service and attitude , and a blue chip company like ARGOS letting them get away with this .

Ordered an adapter for my son's Nintendo 3DSXL that he got for Christmas. I find out on Christmas Day that they gave me an RCD adapter instead. I foolishly didn't check at the time, assuming that they could tell the difference between the two things. Fortunately my son was very grown up about the situation and has waited patiently for me to get another one today. When I went to collect the replacement adapter today, I explained to the lady at the Fast Track desk what had happened, expecting an apology at the least. What I received instead was "Oh" followed by "here's your adapter". No apology, not even an acknowledgement of their mistake. To say I'm appalled by the customer service would be an understatement. The staff's negligence could have potentially ruined a child's Christmas and to not even acknowledge that is appalling.

Only around 50 - 60 people in store yet I had over a 1hr wait. Argos - the only place that makes you que 3 times.

1. Check stock - que.

2. Pay - que.

3. Wait - for the midgets in the back with the headsets to find your items.

Argos need to learn that every other big store or shop have already tested the best & fastest way is for the customer to pick the items then pay at the fuckin till.

My husband took my son yesterday to pick uo some christmas presents . He did explain to the lady that they needed to go straight in the bags so my son didnt see . Well done to the staff that put them all on the counter straight in front off him then packed them idiots

Looked on argos website 25th dec to buy a tomtom 135 priced at £79.99 went into store to buy on the 26th dec and now its £99.99 call that a sale

Been today to pick up a Click and Collect order. Lady behind the counter needs to learn some manners instead of being snooty. I didnt have the email you're supposed to have (because they hadnt sent it) but i assured her id read something to say my items were ready to collect. After her remarks she finally looked it up to find my items were there ready for me to collect...
