The service from order to delivery was on point and on time. We all loved the food. The same applies when we drop in to Biancos Post work

Terrible experience here. We were greeted by a rude young lad who blatantly could not be bothered and was uninterested in serving us. When ordering he kept making mistakes when showing us the receipts and slapping the paper down on the counter, this happened numerous times and were met with a rude huffing noise when we tried to politely correct our order.



The menu stated that breakfast came with a hot drink for an addition 99p, the member of staff did not seem to understand this and kept saying the drinks were more than this even when we showed him the menu.



We ordered 3 breakfasts which took over 25 minutes to arrive despite the "restaurant" being empty. We actually came in as a 4 however one of us was so appalled with the service at the till he made the correct decision to go elsewhere. A pretty dismal food experience, the "toast" with our breakfast was a sliced untoasted seeded bun with no butter.



We had to ask for our drinks numerous times and when they eventually brought them over we had finished our meals. The drinks were in take out cups and we asked which was which. The lad told us to "open the lid and see". So insightful, it's a wonder we hadn't thought of that ourselves.



The drinks were incorrect and we had to awkwardly remind them of our drink order again ask for them to be replaced. When I got up to get a stirrer for my drink I slipped and fell on the floor. There was no wet floor sign. None of the 3 workers came over to see if I was ok and I was told "I have just mopped that, be careful". Again very insightful and helpful of her to say that looking down at me as I was laying on the floor. Just as we were leaving one of the women working there was putting out the wet floor sign. Perhaps a little too late.



Absolutely appalling establishment, would not go back if I was paid to. We were recommended to come here as previously friends had told us of great service from a gentleman who was probably the owner. It is a shame as that his staff that servied us were useless and need to be taught some manners.

Bad business and bad customer service if you can’t even deliver a simple meal!

Decided to pop in for some toast as I had been told that they offer an untoasted sesame seed burger bun as their alternative staple breakfast option. To my absolute dismay a young gentleman came over with my order after about 45 minutes and on the plate was what can only be described as actual toast. Not what I came for, absolute shambles of an establishment. To make it worse I then witnessed the young gentleman scratch his man sausage before preceding to stir another customers brew with the same hand.

Absolutely rubbish. Poor customer service. Only recieved half of our order and after 1 hour and 30mins still waiting for our order. After calling was told its not even been sent of for delivery.



Appaulling we have had to wait (and still waiting) for our food



They have lost our future custom.

Decided to pop in for some toast as I had been told that they offer an untoasted sesame seed burger bun as their alternative staple breakfast option. To my absolute dismay a young gentleman came over with my order after about 45 minutes and on the plate was what can only be described as actual toast. Not what I came for, absolute shambles of an establishment. To make it worse I then witnessed the young gentleman scratch his man sausage before preceding to stir another customers brew with the same hand.

Absolutely rubbish. Poor customer service. Only recieved half of our order and after 1 hour and 30mins still waiting for our order. After calling was told its not even been sent of for delivery.



Appaulling we have had to wait (and still waiting) for our food



They have lost our future custom.
