Just a quick shout...I am cycling the 10km cycle route this Saturday 11th 2pm(meet at the lake or come an spectate/cheer at the swim event) which is part of the event which we host on 18th August. For those who have entered (or thinking about it), all are welcome...nobody will be left behind!!! This is just a fun outing for those with fears/apprehension about the event....let’s lay them to rest... Bev xx
