I'm a Personal Trainer based in York at David Lloyd Leisure but originally from Nottinghamshire. I've been in the industry for 5 years and had great success so far. Itβs been an amazing 6 months but Iβm back & Iβm taking on clients again as of Monday 20th November. With other commitments as a Gym Manager Iβm only looking to take on around 8 clients as to ensure I can sustain an even better quality then I offered my clients before!

Whilst the last 5 months travelling have been unforgettable and life changing... one thing that stayed was regular training when I could πͺπΌ it's safe to say this was definitely the nicest location I've trained in ππ¦πΊ
3 months since I left and I'm still doing my bit guys πͺπΌ I hope you are too!!
Love this as a finisher at the end of my workouts... I don't focus too much on abdominal only work but what a great exercise to hammer that core strength that you need for your big compound lifts πͺπΌ
Believe it or not... the first chance I've had to deadlift in 2 months... man this was a struggle for them hamstrings!!! π₯

Today's gym... woke up early and headed to a small back street gym in Luang Prabang - Laos. No aircon... no frills... 32 degree heat! π¦ π₯
Found a sweeeeeeet gym in chiang mai, about 20 minutes walk from my hostel, great little place with so many variations of equipment!! Gonna come here for the next 3/4 days πͺπΌ
Today, with a heavy heart, marked the end... and the beginning.
The end, being my 8 years in the fitness industry, from that shy, fresh faced 16 year old at The Grove Leisure Centre in Newark all the way through to the man I am today, in York, making a very successful living from doing what I love most.
The beginning being the next part of my life. Because today made me think, we train hard, we eat clean, we grind and battle against obstacles that stand in the way of our fi...tness goals. For what? To prolong our life... to prevent disease... to be a healthier happier us? Whilst I salute every single one of us that faces this battle every day, here's my advice for you...
There's a world outside of that gym, outside them windows, staring out with the sweat dripping down your face, just remember why you're doing what you're doing because the most important thing is you enjoy the life you're prolonging, making happier and making healthier! Don't forget to live the life that you're working so hard to improve β€οΈ
I want to thank every single one of you... clients, online clients, anyone who's attended my seminars, my fat loss courses, my classes or even the distant online followers. You have inspired me for so long and I'm grateful ππΌ
I'll be back one day, but for now I've got some other dreams to chase on the other side of the globe βοΈπ
