Bodyfix Wellbeing Description
Sports massage can make a huge difference to your muscle condition, you will be amazed at the results that can be achieved from regular massage, it increases blood flow, aids healing, aids toxin release and softens the muscles. It can greatly reduces the chance of injury during sport by releasing muscle tension.
Kinesio taping or miracle tape as it is often called aids healing without restricting movement. This is the brightly coloured tape you see on athletes, it can be applied in a couple of minutes and reduces pain and aids healing. It can be left on for 3 -5 days at a time and the benefits are incredible. It can be used on most areas.
So keeping your muscles in tip top condition has never been easier ! !

Update on piriformis stretches for sciatica relief. Also try standing with crossed legs and reaching down to towards toes, this should help to reduce symptoms. Hope this helps 😀
