Burger King

These places are just so unorganised - if it wasn't for the fact I had promised the kids & had discount vouchers I'd have walked out.

I don't go often but I can say hand on heart the milk shake machine is always broken - ffs - get a make of machine that can cope with the volume if they break - who runs this company- wise up - you rely on national advertising to lure punters in - sort your selfs out

Really busy lady who served us was pleasant, man who empty 's the bins needs to wipe tables as people leave I had to ask him to go and get a cloth to wipe ours , I love Burger King food but wouldn't rush back to this one

Great staff very friendly but always get our order wrong don't see how they mess the order up everytime really not on when place a big order and pay a fortune and half the food is missing

Got my burger king delivered from st Stephens , they forgot my drinks , i got No sauces and my 2 boxes of fries where filled with completely different amounts . Totally disappointed , should have just drove to McDonalds !

Cold food and you have to pay for sauce.

The only reason this didn't get 1 star is because my daughter loved the toy she got.

Worst service ever. Thought it was a fast food place waited over 20 mind to be served. But wasn't even busy. Then waited another ten for my burger. Staff ate so miserable.

We went to Sr Stephen burger king and it was in a terrible dirty state no tables were cleaned , rubbish still on most of them, the floor was also full of rubbish, the bins were full so people left their rubbish on the tables..it was a disgrace the food wasn't as hot as it could of been, no hot drinks available only cold drinks. And to top it all you charge 10p for a sachet of bbq sauce.. needs looking in to : ( definitely won't use that one again....

Very slow service, there was only one guy in front of me look equally fed up for his burger, when the young assistant did finally get around to take the order, there wasn't any apologies for the delay, just took the order and didn't even ask for any sauces or say thank you for the custom or have a nice day. In my opinion its the worst one in Hull for service and appearance. And the "comments@cplfoods.co.uk" which is proudly on display in big letters..... DOESNT WORK. I bet you dont get manner people complaining !!!! Would i go back??? Watch that empty space!!!

Shocking. For a fast food establishment that opens at 9am yet at 11.15am still isn't fully operational. No coffee, no icecream. And from placing the order to receiving the food 10+ minutes wait. Shift manager stacey polite but wearing a dirty white shirt on shift, needless to say we won't be revisiting and very disappointed .

Ordered Burger King last night for delivery through the Just Eat app. Very disappointed! Meal we'd ordered was Luke warm and tasted like it's probably been sitting around most of day. To add insult to injury, rather than the double whoppers we'd ordered they'd sent double bacon cheeseburgers!

I went to Burger King at St Stephens last week as it was half term and my kids needed a bite to eat.



Upon walking in in struck me that there was food all over the floor, seats and tables. Nobody was tidying, staff seemed active - but not too busy to tidy the place up.



Our order was missing 1 item - not a huge deal i guess.



I spoke to the young girl at the counter and told her i was shocked at how untidy the pace was and that the food needed picking off the floor, and the tables needed clearing and she just mumbled something about being busy.



As we walked out i could see the girl pointing us out to the manager and clearly talking about us. I then took a phone call and stood outside for a further 5 minutes and despite the manager being made aware nobody went to pick up the half eaten burger and fries that was over the floor on the left side as you walked in.



DISGUSTING PLACE AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED.

I was in your St stephens (hull) shop today and a women was just outside the shop in the chill out zone CHOKING really bad so I ask your staff to get a first aider to her the fat lad took about 5 mins and the strolled out to tell us all that you had no first aider on site (days holiday) tut tut what a joke lucky for the lady someone sorted her out no thanks to your shop

I have never had such rude service in my life! The girl on the counter was miserable and practically threw our food at my friend and was impolite and completely unprofessional and told us 'here fill your drink up' in that exact wording when finally giving us our cup about 5 minutes after ordering then when we requested takeaway bags before she had served up the order made out like it was such a chore for a simple request which surely would have been better so she didn't have to clean up?! Felt uncomfortable making an order and will NOT go back in a hurry!

Got 3 of the burgers we ordered wrong no bacon on 1 and was handed a small bag of cold bacon to put on and by the time we got to eat them was stone cold really not happy

Disgusting place buns was stale burgers slightly warm the place was filthy rubbish spilling out of the bins food all over floor and tables poor service queue to the door and 1 serving won't go here again

Complete joke 1st charging me for an extra burger and then when my daughter gets the kids meal and gets excited that its monster high realises there are no toys for me to go to the counter and ask about it to be told they have none left �� fucking great burger king!

Burger King is very expensive, with the saddest burgers I have ever seen. Just got 2 kids meals and it was £7:58, kids picked chicken burgers and it is literally 2 round pieces of probably fake chicken in a bread bun. And god knows what the 'toy' is meant to be, other than Trolls related. This is very poor, and I certainly won't be back. It'll defo be McDonald's in the future. At least there if you get a crap meal you don't feel like you've been robbed.

Bit annoyed that I stood in a queue for 10 minutes only to be told when I got served that there were no burgers, only chicken. Also no fizzy drinks available, bit of a shambles really :(
