just spent the weekend in one of the cottages here. must say one of the best weekends away we've had. cottages are stunning and have everything you could need. lakes are full of fish and the area is beautiful and peaceful. keep up the good work Mark and Trudy. x

i had a fantastic days fishing on saturday 15 july the lake is looking better than ever fish wear in great condition fished with pole with a couple of tips from mark the result was 13 carp 5 tench 2 barbel and lot of silver fish for me that is a brilliant days fishing thank you again mark

Visited Butterswood a couple of times now. The lakes are superbly landscaped, exceptionally well maintained and a delight to fish. In addition, I found the owner very friendly and knowledgeable, I used his tips to improve my chances of catching carp and was successful, as was my 12 year old son. We’ll definitely be back!

Super time at the ponds at Butterswood! Pull beautiful fish out there all day! Good fighting fish too! Very well kept ponds with very pleasant and welcoming owners!

Me and my son fished here today very well maintained fishery. Loved every minute and now have a son hooked on fishing. Mark the owner we great and very helpful. Such a nice place to fish highly recommend it. 5 star plus ���

Mark taught me many new tricks since I last went fishing. Outstanding advice and helped me catch 2 lovely fish.

Had a lovely week in one of the cottages which was immaculately clean and comfortable with all the things you'd require. The wife and I fished on the pond immediately next to the cottage and caught some cracking fish which were all in pristine condition including Carp,Tench, Roach, Rudd and Barbel.Thanks to Mark for his expert tuition and advice and anybody wanting a relaxing break combined with some quality fishing we couldn't recommend highly enough. Wishing Trudy and Yourself all the best for the future.

Had a great morning there this morning with my nephew who really enjoyed his first time fishing plenty of fish in great surroundings will be going back in the near future

Fished here yesterday for the first time and had a great day I can't recommend this place enough. Its really nice place, well kept n owner has done a really good job of the place. Owner really helpful if u have any problems n will help u out wherever needed. Attending again on Saturday and can't wait.

Fished here today in the rain and had a lovely day catching.The site is immaculate and the owner very helpful and acknowledging will be back again for sure.��

First time fishing butterswood lake today, got along with all the members of staff, very clean pond well looked after. Didn't have a good start but after mark told me a few tips i was catching all afternoon, will definitely be coming back �

Another great session at butterwoods 40+ carp is incredible, will be recommending to friends and family, won't be long till my next visit.

Amazing place to fish!! Very well maintained and a beautiful place. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect fisheries for the new and experienced angler.
