first of all had the best service by the lovely Taiba thank you so much keep smiling.... food was amazing def improved from when they first opened... can't wait to try the breakfast �

Would highly recommend this place was in with group of 8 last night for desserts the hospitality given to us by our host taiybah(hope I spelt your name right) was brilliant I had the chocolate fudge cake with custard and desi tea both were very nice. Will be back again soon

My first time with my friends and it was absolutely fantastic. Definitely going back. The food, the service - ace. The waiter with the Italian name was lovely, he is so respectful to his customers and staff. I highly recommend this place for a quite and exquisite meal with family or friends.....

My fave place in bradford, staff are so lovely and friendly! Food is always hot and tastes amazing. Zoyas never fails to impress and the mithai is lovely! Whenever we are in bradford we have to visit for a meal!

Food was fine and I am a regular customer. It was my husband birthday yesterday so he wanted to eat here. Was disappointed as had to wait 15 mins for them to bring his birthday cake out. I could see the cake sat at the counter ready to bring over but it just didn't seem to be a priority for them. When it's your birthday you should be made to feel special and my husband said he won't go there anymore. Staff were lovely as usual.

Went for my bday meal. The starter mix sizzler was good and i guess the only good thing of that night!. The mains ordered a lamb handi medium in spice...was made too mild with sugar added so was a sweet handi. Asked the guy to chage it. he did do but bought back a chicken instead of lamb. We just had it as had wasted enough time waiting and appetite was killed. So not a great evening meal out. The waitress was the only 1 who apologised for the mess ups.

Food not fresh.

My chicken parmesan had no parmesan had maybe mozzarella.

Was not cooked properly, chicken was pink inside. I called waiter to check he said everything is fine. I didnt finish my meal. I end up visiting toilet more then usual. �

Another minus. When i asked for no onion in why i still got onion in my salad with starter and salad with chicken. �

Two stars because restaurant was clean and stuff was friendly.

Even tho the breakfast was ok . When the tea come out, 30 mins later... it had oil floating on top. Waited a further 15 mins for fresh tea. In all honesty I like my tea while eating breakfast. Not given after . I know it was busy but you should never compromise on quality. This was very poor as all items should be checked before being given out .

We just went for the morning breakfast on New Year's Day.. the waiter got the order wrong, but was insisting that's what we ordered. When we paid the bill, i just said, I think it was a misunderstanding earlier and wanted to apologise but I cudnt even finish my sentence as he interrupted me rudely saying, "I checked the cameras and that's what u ordered and I do this every day" lol. So I told him to show me, which he obviously refused... and it was only over a hot chocolate 😳😠 oh yes he also gave me the bill which had 3 full English breakfast on there, when we ordered 1.. n his cheek wen he gave it he said " The bill isnt incorrect is it?".... ermmm yes! It was.

I have been there twice and BOTH times I have been in, I have found Hair in my food....... absolutely disgusting..... I don’t think I will be going back there again....

I had never been to zoya' s for an evening meal but my friends said the food is nice. I very regularly have take out breakfast so didn't have any doubts about what my friends were saying.



We arrived at the restaurant and the welcome was lovely as one of the staff opened the door for us and sat us down to wait for a table to come available.



That's where it went downhill.



We waited 20 minutes to be seated.



Anyway once seated we checked the menu and immediately ordered the food.



It took 20 minutes for the starters to arrive.



OMG!!!!! looks like the chef must have dropped the chilli pot on the starters. They were so spicy it was unreal.



We complained to the waiter and all he could say was "sorry".



The mains were ok.



We left after 50 minutes of being there very disappointed.



I will still be calling for breakfast however will never come in for an evening meal and will certainly not reccomed to any of my family or friends.

Discusting and not a good place to go to. We didnt even get to the food point. We went to this place first time. One of the girl who took our order was very rude. We ordered coke and she said we hav not got coke. So we ordered fanta. But still ended up with sprit. When we said to her we asked for fanta. She started argueing with us and told my sista that she was shouting at her in front of all the customers ahe said that she was barking. Without debating we just walked out. I would like to call out to management and say if ur staff goes on lyk this one day ur business is gona shut down . I dont understand that girl she properly misbahaved. Using fowl language I would neva go to that place again . We just went for a sisters day out and she properly ruined our day. And when we rang to ask for manager thy said hez gone in a meeting when the manager was actually there . They didnt even apolagise. Would not recomend this place were staff has no respect t treat customers nyc

Been waiting for ages for an order. Mocktails werent given to any satisfaction, sent back and still not returned 15 mins later. Tasted like syrup mixed with water, mo crushed ice or fizz. We had been coming here since 2012 and recently everythings gone downhill. Not been coming as regularly as we used to for over a year now and now we remember why.

Been on Friday.old food got stomach pain. I ordered lamb chops which were sheep chops not lamb. Chicken jalfrezi was old. No heating system. I wouldn't recommend anyone.
