Went for the first time yesterday and it was great. Staff friendly.. very clean. Staff member hovering up as people were leaving it was really good to see. We will be back again.. kids loved it.

We held our daughters 6th birthday party at Cheeky Chimps. She and her friends throughly enjoyed themselves. The place was clean, tidy and well managed. Friendly and helpful staff both at reception and over the refreshments counter.

We chose the mixed hot and cold buffet option and it was plentiful for the 12 children we took with us.

Thank you very much and we will be back throughout the year.

Thank you too a fantastic member of staff today my son bit his lip and there was a fair bit of blood. An extremely nice member of staff was very caring and got him a calipo to ease the pain and it really cheered my little boy up. Thank you.

Loved this place,wonderful for our kids and staff excellent,can't wait to go again.

I really love it. Great astmosphere for the kids to play. Been a few times. Abit disapointed today as there was no food untill 11.30 and i really like the baguettes they do

Friendly helpful staff, great place for the kids to go mad. Bonus of hot coffee, juice and food. Will be back again and again.

Brilliant party for my daughter yesterday. Ive forgotten the young ladies name who looked after everything but please pass on our thanks.

Would just like to say the grandkids had a great time & always do just one thing when we order food it never comes to the right table could I suggest numbering the tables like other places do thank you.

We came to play on Saturday 7th as a birthday treat for my daughter&we brought along a few friends. It was absolutely heaving but we got seated eventually. The kids love it there. The only request I have is please put a lock on the other toilet door I had to try keep the door shut while doing my business � not great especially when the locks been missing for ages!!. Could upkeep a lil better.

Very clean environment. The staff were friendly and helpful, i liked all the big comfy leather sofas in the toddler area and in other areas too. My thrill seeking 23month old wanted to go on big slide but obviously it was too big for her to climb up, but with mummy it was great fun!

Love this place though it can get a bit busy. Staff are very helpful and lots of different things for my 2-3 year olds to do. They like the variety of the "play kitchen" area. Some big boys and girls bombing around not conscious of little ones but get the same problem everywhere..a parental problem rather than the venue! Good value £2.50 for each child.

I liked the place till today when I arrived to find all the furniture had been removed from the toddler area, was informed after I had paid to get in that they were getting new furniture which is fair enough but meant that I couldn't sit in the area and be with my 1 year old, said new furniture arrived while children were running about playing which I didn't consider safe as some of it was rather large, other people and myself then sat in new sofas only to be very rudely told to move off them as they hadn't finished at which point myself and my friends left as I do not expect to be spoken to like an idiot, when it was mentioned that this could have been done before or after they opened/closed the response wasn't helpful at all, also I how do we as customers with children know that the men delivering said furniture were safe to be around children(yes probably an over reaction but these days who knows), I like to known children are in a safe environment and it certainly wasn't today and also the attitude of the staff was awful!!

First time today, although the prices are great and the atmosphere is good and the food lovely, i do think that staff need to make sure parents are aware that older children are not allowed in the toddler area. Parents were asking parents nicely to keep their older children out but it was ignored. 3 occasions I saw toddlers being hurt by older children and 3 times i saw staff doing nothing even after a complaint by another parent. It may be down to parents to ensure their children behave and are in appropriate areas for but it's also down to staff for safety to enforce it too.

parking is a nightmare to start with. paid 10.50 each for laser tag and they kept going off, some very upset children. only allowed us four tables with eight chairs when they knew 18 children were coming so half the party had to sit at the other end of the room. it would be better not to overlap each party and look after the ones that are there at 200 a party.

Some of the staff were rude. The party food was mediocre. Some of the staff are not very child friendly at all and need to learn how to smile and interact with people especially children

Totally disgusting. Allowing a 9yr old to be verbally abused by an adult because of his child running infront of a ball in the ball area. It was an accident and my son did say sorry. My son was crying and backed up into a corner and a member of staff saw this happening and didn't stop it. Then the adult continued to shout as we walked past him. The member of staff dealing with this didn't ask him to leave and he left of his own accord. As he was leaving he was given a full refund. We also left just after he did as my son was to upset to stay. No apology for him or an offer of a refund. I can certainly say that we will not be coming to this playarea again as I feel that there is no child safety awareness here. And will be passing my concerns onto the people I know come here on a regular basis.

My first visit and last. Absolute bedlam . Far too many parents drinking coffee and going outside to smoke whilst their children were fighting each other. Also had to walk through a load of people smoking at the main entrance to get in. I definatley do nor reccomend it .�

I’ve never been and wanted to go because it’s so close to where I live. I understand it’s school holidays and was busy but there was no toilet roll, the floors were wet with wee, I had to wait over 10 mins to be served, the food was so greasy i couldn’t eat it and the poor workers were so stretched I couldn’t even be bothered to wait to complain!!
