I had a slight problem with order yesterday I messaged and told them and was given a free order to rectify it today was very happy with customer service and pizzas were lovely thank you

We order from ciao all the time we alwAys order the special kebab £12.99 tonight I am very disappointed I had hardly any meat in there at all! Very unlikely I'll order again!

I got a half pound Chicken burger meal and when I got home I discovered only a quarter pound burger in the bun. So I suggest checking all you buy before leaving or paying for delivery. The quality is astounding and the quantity was the only issue I've ever had at ciao.

However, top notch food. The best takeaways in Doncaster. 5 stars if the amount was correct that I paid for.

Worse food ever never again over 2 hours to deliver food cold and chips taste like rubber and garlic breed was dripping in geese

Slow slow slow, go to BBQ house next door they’re far better

Prior to ordering I asked for a estimated delivery. I was told 45min after 1 hour I rang again advised driver on his was. I live at lakeside 5-10 min away. 1 hour 40 min later it arrives. Cold chips and burnt lamb chops which was supposed to me a shish kebab. Absolute vile food that even my dog wouldn't eat. I wouldn't recommend unless you want pizza which the kids ate. Now I'm left hungry and just under £20 out of pocket. Shocking absolutely no idea how they have a business!!!

Ordered large mixed grill kebab that turned up a small kebab with six chips, instead of nnans we ordered. Everything seems raw. That means the extra thin meat feast pizzas especially. Bland coleslaw. £30 order of food & never again. Everyone go to Weston Pizzeria instead seriously. Miles better. ���

Nightmare ordering from here last night. Order took 1 n 1/2 hours then it was wrong. Rang and told em they forgot our rice and they said we couldn't swap our chips for rice, like we requested. We asked why they never rang to tell us and then the guy changed his story saying they had none left! Rather lose a regular customer than send a £2 rice....

Mouldy pizza and garlic bread will not order from here again

Discusting service lets down the great food, i order regularly from them and today they tried to tell me they dont deliver to my address despite ordering probably once a week. Even says on just eat that its within the delivery area, unfortunately the guy was very rude and they clearly have no customer loyalty!

Customer service is DISGUSTING...If they do not deliver something you have ordered....don't bother ringing them....you are just told that they are too busy to speak to you (after being rude) and then hanging up.

Absolutely disgusting they don't understand English and fetch wrong order then when you ring to complain the staff starts getting clever and rings you back for an argument never order from them again

Absolute rubbish had to tell them what sauce I wanted and what drink as didn't even offer funny thing is didn't even receive my order haha would not recommend to anyone name and shame
