Thanks for making me and the team feel so wellvome a huge thankyou to Katie for being so accommodating.cant wait to do it again.

User

Polite and friendly staff, really good cheap pensioners rates. Comfy seating. All in all a nice experience, would recommend to friends and family.

User

Nice environment and layout.

Staff helpful.

A bit expensive though but we used one of the meerkat movies pass codes so £9 for 2 adults instead of £18.

User

Went to see Jurassic World. Seats were fine but so bloody cold! I had a hoody on but I needed my husband's hoody too. Also very expensive. £20 for 2 of us and £3.50 just for a medium 7up drink. We go there for the convenience.

User

Really nice staff I spilt my drink and they replaced it for me the only thing was I got sweet pop corn but mixed in was salt pop corn not sure if they use the same scooper

User

I think the cinema itself is fine and the Unlimited card offers good value for money.

My biggest pet hate though is the amount of talking that other customers do during the films! It astounds me that some adults cannot seemingly sit quietly for a couple of hours?!

If you want a chat, go to the pub! It is incredibly rude and selfish towards the people around you!

It would be good if the staff could intervene in some way.

User

Good experience as usual. Greatest Showman not really my thing but the wife and kids loved it.

User

Ticket prices are a joke. Sorry but won't be going again unless it's an absolute necessity

User

The Venue is lovely, not their fault that the film was not good, went to see geo storm! I'd have rather have watched my little pony! But I was disappointed that the bar didn't have any beer on draft only bottles that was very over priced. Shame I used to like a couple of pints before a film .

User

Staff nice and friendly, seating good . The place was dead , probably because of the prices . £9 for an adult ticket to see a kids afternoon film . I wish I’d done my research better and gone to a cheaper venue . Same film at half the price .i can’t see what I’m paying £5 extra for . I won’t return here till they offer better value.

User

Really like the cinema, and it's in a great location, but can someone please switch the heating on?! Ticket prices are expensive enough! Even in summer it's too cold to sit for 2 + hours in a freezing cold room. Someone put 50p in the meter and warm the place up.

On Friday, My Daughter went to Cinema to see Maze Runner 3!! With 3 of her Friends, to Celebrate 1 of the Girls 14th Birthday!! Only to be told....Due to Technical Difficulties the 5.10pm showing is cancelled!! But they can watch the 8pm 1 or choose from Jumanji or The Greatest Showman!!! They chose The Greatest Showman film. My Daughter is a Died Hard Fan of The Maze Runner and she's had a count down on her phone for the last 3 months!!!! To say she's gutted is a understatement and came home in tears!!!!! Bad Call Cineworld!!!!!

User

I used to go here often and after a little break from visiting I decided to return to watch Thor. We arrived late- unfortunately due to circumstances we could not prevent- we were in a rush as the advert we knew (25minutes late) would soon be stopping.

As we approached the counter, (I had some vouchers) we stood waiting, 3 attendees stood chatting behind. They looked at us and acknowledged our presence and continued to chat. When they finally served us, they booked us in originally for the wrong film before correcting it. By this point I just wanted to get into the film. Eventually we did, the seat I had the arm was sticky and it was generally a bit dirty. This was furthered when I came out after the film and hit the loos.

The second toilet in was propped open with a sanitary towel box, putting on full display the disgusting toilet bowl scene- topped off by the unbearable smell. The only notice was a bit of paper stuck on the knee high bin lid. Wouldn’t it just be general courtesy to shut the door and stick it on the outside? Eventually after the customer service mishap we left. If the customer service attendants had seen to us faster we might’ve only been 25minutes late and not 45.

User

Film was brilliant, service very poor and got the order wrong only got three drinks still messed it up! It seem once they have your money for tickets the can treat you as they wish 😔

User

Film fab!! But services there were awful. We were a little early, so thought would get a drink in the bar upstairs, closed!!! So thought we'd sit in the and have a coffee! But alas no hot drinks!!!! But the hot drinks machine hadn't just broken, it had been out of action for over 2 weeks!!! The staff dis say they had been getting a lot of complaints!! So why doesn't the management get it sorted!!!!!! So terrible service, not impressed, let's hope by next time we go, the bar will be open and the coffee machine working!! Not too much to ask really!!! Oh and the cinema was really cold, I could feel myself starting to shiver, and it's July!!!!!!

User

Very expensive enjoyed the greatest showman bad timing to go in half term as spoilt by bit in front on his phone the whole time

User

Saw The Greatest Showman, fab film but cannot say the same about Cineworld screen 7's seats and their new charging system for food and drink! What a bloody rip off! The arm rest between seats 11 and 12 on row F was snapped and kept slipping so impossible to rest on. Was advised to move to the next row if free at the start of the film which it wasn't and we wern't moving to seats with a worse view. And having to pay cash only for drinks and therefore not able to get the deal price is infuriating! How is that fair?! Needless to say I won't be using Cineworld again, much prefer Vue!

User

I haven't got a problem with the cinema itself because its hard to go wrong, just the policys the company runs by.Example if they is 2 adults 1 child they would pay £22.00 but if they was a famlily of 2 adults and 2 children it would only cost them £18.20 although they would be taking more seats it would cost them less so to me it seems biased against the single child parents and for that reason i will be using other cinems in future OVER and OUT

User

I don't know why they ask for a review nothing ever happens about complaints.

Numerous times I've emailed about how cold it is in there, the lack of hot drinks (out of order for 4 months) how rude some staff are to you, no loo roll in the Ladies. Have I had a response, No.

If it wasn't for my Partner and I being Unlimited card holders we wouldn't go. In fact if they start the same scheme at the Cinema in Beverley we will cancel our membership.
