👀👓Macular degeneration is usually associated with old age but is now affecting younger people . The macular protects your retina from damage. Macular is made from lutein . Macular degeneration Is becoming more of a problem due to a lack of fresh vegetables in the diet and due to the increased use of phones and computer screens ( blue light).
