Statistics provided by UK Active indicate that only 24% of women aged 19-65 and only 34% of men aged 19-65 meet the current strength training guidelines. Government guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity and to do strength exercises on 2 or more days a week.

Visited yesterday with a view to joining and would like to to thank Daniel who was on reception for his excellent customer service, his help setting us up with a spin session, and his all round enthusiasm. What a fine young man; a superb employee.

One of the best gyms around friendly and helpful staff loads of classes and the equipment is great i would recomend this gym to anyone looking for a new gym

Love this gym. Been to many in the past but none can match the friendliness of the staff. All the machines are excellent standard and quality, nothing is ever not working. Brilliant variety of classes and always adding new ones. It’s really clean and is well respected by members with equipment put away and a general feeling of respect and friendliness between members. ��

Love this gym, its the best and I've been members at a few gyms!! It's like one big family! Everyone is so welcoming, it's clean, equipment is very good quality, I love the fact I can do a fitness on demand class at anytime through the day (having two young children doesn't always mean I can attend classes in the evening) which is a bonus for all us mummies and I can shake my shimmy with two glow sticks in clubbersize...... what's not to Love??? Thank you core gym ���

I trained with inese for almost a year and i absolutely loved it. Her training sessions are always planned to suit your needs, push you to your max and boy do they get results! Inese gave me my confidence back in going to the gym on my own too. Highly recommended � ���

I love this gym. It's helped me so much getting my fitness up and more importantly its been a massive help with my weight loss (7st 5lb). I normally get bored with gyms and don't normally enjoy it... But at core i like going. The staff and other members are all nice and helpful.. Love Rick's spin on a Wednesday. Xx

I have been training here nearly a year and compared to the rest of the gyms in the local area which I have used, core gym wins hands down! The wide range of equipment is second to none and the facilities are always clean and tidy.

Have been a member here since it opened. Great place with a friendly atmosphere. Good selection of equipment and varied class timetable. Reasonably priced and suitable for all fitness levels - would highly recommend!

Great local gym with fantastic top of the range equipment and a great range of classes.

The staff are always really friendly and available to help with anything you need.

Core gym is ace ! For such a low monthly cost you get access to high quality equipment and a range of amazing and unique classes. There’s something for all and all the staff and members are warm and welcoming. Such a great environment and I couldn’t recommend enough for anyone and everyone !

Core a good gym good staff clean stuff don't get stolen if you leave it relaxed atmosphere and can always get what equipment you need
