Would just like to say that the service we received from the immingham branch which was fantastic, we put the house on the market at the price they said to start with and we sold it on the first viewing and within 24 hours , from start to finish we couldn't get better service, keep up the good work and would recommend you to anyone who is looking at moving .

We sold through Crofts and moved a couple of weeks ago. We sold within 7 weeks of our board going up. We dealt mainly with Guy throughout the process. Both Guy and Crofts were extremely helpful and resourceful and efficient from start to finish. Always willing to go the extra mile, always there to pick up the phone, and always able to reply straight back to us. We encountered a very large (and unnecessary) issue with our solicitors after agreeing our sale, which became both protracted and stressful, and had it not been for the professionalism displayed by Guy, I thoroughly believe our move would have fallen through. Our viewings were managed very well with good communication, and our expectations were always met when vetting clients. As a professional property developer/buyer, I found the level of service and lack of communication from Crofts to be very poor. I am not convinced the sales person had the correct level of training and understood the sales buying/selling process. Telephone calls and emails were not returned. The question I ask myself is 'would I use them to sell a property for me?'

We were on the market with Crofts for over 6 months; having been advised we would easily sell in two months luckily we were not in a formal contract and have since gone with another agent. Crofts sit and wait for buyers, they send people who have not even got their houses on the market and rarely get feedback for you. When you call to complain you are told someone will call you back......never one call back from George and never one call for updates or advice about buyers or selling our house. If you want a company that do nothing but wait for someone to ring them I advise saving your money and listing yourself; otherwise instruct a proactive agent.



Crofts, you have been so disappointing; promising the earth and not even getting more than 2 proper serious viewers out of the meagre 6 or so you sent around in 6 months. No feedback to say there were any issues with our property which is modern and immaculate and even dropping the price on your advice didn’t make the slightest difference.



I would’ve had this discussion with member of the team but as you never answer the phone or call back this was a last resort.



Do your research and bear in mind the cheapest may be the cheapest for a reason; you get what you pay for. Avoid using Crofts if you actually want to sell your house

Think the service was disgusting by then and the venders..

Basically the way the said they don't know if we can afford the mortgage of the house we was buying.



To ring me back after my offer been accepted said someone else offer higher bid when we offered full asking price I know that not their fault as such but the service and the way I felt like I was spoke to. And put down was disgusting .. Don't think I would go through this estate agents again even if I fell in love with a house they had up for sale .
