We have used DDM Lettings to rent out our property for the past 13 years and have always found the staff very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.



At our request, we are contacted promptly by the team regarding any issues raised by our tenants, to determine whether we want to use our own or DDM's tradesmen. The 6 monthly inspections tend to highlight any potential issues. On the occasions that we have used DDM's recommended tradesmen we consider them to be competitively priced & the work carried out to a good standard.



The rent is paid regularly and statements posted; when there have been issues, we have found the accounts team to be helpful.



We would have no hesitation in recommending DDM Lettings to manage your property as being a professional and reliable lettings agent.

As a first time home buyer I had intially felt out of my depth, so I want to thank Claire Bilton at the Brigg branch for completely guiding and supporting me throughout this process... she's kept me informed, has been consistent in providing me with information and updates on were we are in the process and has kept channels open with everyone involved �. She's been absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend her and Fiona, that's for sure!!! �� thanks gals... ���

Very good. I had no problems at all. They where very helpful when we needed them to be. They always communicated well with us and kept us up-to-date with any information and was very reliable and quick to get stuff sorted. Would highly recommend ddm. And I would deffinatly use them in the future if needed.

I’ve been renting my house for the last 12 years with DDM’s and although not the greatest company, they have suited our needs. In July of this year the tenants left and we discovered that our house was a state!!!! The regular inspections never mentioned half the issues we picked up when we went in and we were totally disgusted with the attitude and service provided. This was made worse with us selling the house, so we weren’t looked after in the normal way you would expect if re-renting!!! The tenants disputed the mess as you would expect, but the photos and evidence in our favour was substantial, but due to DDM’s incompetence and poor management, I ended up paying out of my own pocket, while the Ex tenants laughed at us!!!!! A really poor management company with poor staff who lack the decency to keep you informed of what is going on. I would even go as far as saying that there ‘Go to companies’ in the event of an emergency are overly priced and are cowboys at best. Do not use this company.....disgraceful!!!!!!

Firstly I do not like leaving negative reviews but I am completely disappointed and let down with the service and would definitely NOT recommend renting a property with DDM.



After 4 calm and quiet years and 5 contracts I receive an out of the blue invoice stating I need to pay a contract fee that was never mentioned in 2013 when I took the lease, or on any of the original paperwork stating all costs.

I contested this as per the 'Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations Act 1999' and was granted a periodic contract which would eradicate the extra (unadvised) fees for printing off a new contract each year. (I politely acknowledged that I did not want any trouble with my tenancy and love my home here but I felt these fees were unfair after 4 years to receive a random invoice through the post)



Coincidentally within 2 weeks I am now being forced/pushed out of the home I have built for my 4 year old Son and I with yet another rent increase demand. Very coincidental? Well done, I hope you feel pleased you have the upper hand.



I have always been a good tenant, I lead a quiet life, look after the property well and always been available for all visits/inspections.



Very disappointed.
