We were greeted today by two lovely ladies. We ordered three different desserts, all of which looked great and tasted amazing! I also wanted to book a table for my daughter's birthday and the lady was really helpful and answered all of my questions. She even said that they would decorate the booth for us! This was my third visit and it's been lovely every time. A really chilled out place, which I would definitely recommend.

Visited today with my son and family for his birthday treat. Absolutely fantastic service, delicious icecream and waffles! Such friendly staff and they absolutely made his day. Thankyou so much.�

Visited today to celebrate my triplets 5th birthday, excellent service from all the staff made my children and family feel very welcome. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend to everyone!! Thank you �

Visited this evening and have visited a few times the service is brilliant and love the gelato flavours, the prices are really reasonable lovely chilled atmosphere . Will be back

Visited Del Gelato after been to the streetlife museum in Hull. My son took me to this wonderful ice cream shop and wow it was fantastic . The gentleman who served us knows how to present a great ice cream treat. Was my first visit but wont be my last.. Highly recommend.

Turned up tonight at 9pm with 8 12 year olds. Sleepover treat! The staff were amazing. Aaron and Michael were amazing singing happy birthday with a piece of free cake and bringing her a badge and card! They let the girls try the ice cream and the girl allergic to ice cream the spoilt her with a little bowl of marshmallows and flakes to go with her hot chocolate. They had so much fun breaking into a spontaneous dance while watching the music video. Excellent service as always.

Thanks Elaine and the Del gelato staff for Aimee and Emma's 10th birthday party they had a fantastic time thank-you. Nothing was too much trouble , I would definitely recommend Del gelato for a birthday venue. We always come to Del gelato's it's a fabulous place to visit and eat fantastic ice cream and the staff are all very friendly and efficient xx

Stopped for a drink as I was gagging for a coffee, and whilst here we thought we would treat ourselves to a waffle. OMG....its heaven in dairy ice cream form. Think this place will be a new fave destination. Be warned...portions are massive!!����

Really nice place to go and have Ur ice cream ,tea and coffee , Very friendly staff and very nice decoration and very very clean .I recommend everyone to try it .I loved it

Just returned from here after having an evening celebration for my son. I rang the day before and said it was his birthday - they decorated the table with balloons and part poppers. When we had our ice creams they came out with a piece of cake with a candle in and sang happy birthday and gave him a card and bag of chocolates. Amazing - the service was top class and we couldn’t have asked for anything else. Thank you to everyone at del gelato you have made a 7 year old very happy and given us special memories of a special day.

I ordered a midnight mint waffle and my husband had a mad about nuts waffle, we both had a large cappuccino too! They were absolutely delicious and well worth the trip from West Yorkshire just to come here, as it was my birthday (as well as Mother's Day)! Thanks guys, superb x

Had my step sons 10th birthday here on Saturday morning. The staff especially the manager were friendly and super helpful and with 14 kids an 8 adults to sort out that was some task ! They even gave the birthday boy a card a present which was a lovely touch. The ice cream/ waffles and drinks were fab and made quickly so the kids didn't get bored. 5 star !

Had another amazing night at del gelato flying our Tiny Whoop drones thank you Erkan for letting us use your cool venue for our race meet can't wait for the next one. Everyone who came said it's the best waffles and Ice cream ever :-)

Booked a table the day before and mentioned it was my daughters birthday. Arrived to find the table decorated and balloons up. The staff were amazing, sang happy birthday and even gave Annabel a free donut with a candle in. Thank you again for making it so special for her she loved it!!

Been twice now, took my son and his family on Sunday and took my daughter yesterday, both times it was clean and staff were friendly, the waffle portion sizes are a good size and you can mix and match the ice cream, so if you don't want the one that comes with the waffle you can change it or you can just add an extra scoop

Always plenty of choice & tastes amazing. Weve tried a few in & around Hull & this one by far is the nicest

Went in with my daughter today (Mother's Day). I waited in the queue to be served for nearly 15 minutes. Then after a further 45 minute wait I had to ask where our order was. Apparently there had been a printing error with the receipt. They asked for my receipt and 10 mins later the order finally arrived. Unfortunately as it took nearly an hour to arrive we were in a rush and didn't enjoy it.

The family in the queue behind me also had to chase their order. They waited an hour and was told their order had been missed.
