Pole fitness classes : £5 per class (One hour)
Flexibility classes : £5 per class (One hour)
Hjgh Intensity Interval training : £3. 50 (45 minutes long)

One to One pole fitness / Personal Training - Do it with a friend!
One to One pole fitness / Personal Training - Do it with a friend!
1 to 1 - £20 per hour or 3 hours for £50
2 to 1 - £15 each per hour each or 3 hours for £40 each
3 + to 1 - £12 each or 3 hours for £30 each


Frequently Asked Questions - Pole Fitness


1. What should I wear to class?

It’s best to wear a t-shirt or vest top with shorts no longer than knee length. Track suit pants can be worn on top until skin contact is required on the pole. You should be comfortable with what you wear and be able to move without restriction.

2. What should I not to do before class?

Please do not moisturise before class, This will effect you're ability to grip the pole and also leave the next participants to struggle on that pole. Please do not wear any bracelets or watches as they hinder your grip on the pole, can hurt your wrists and damage the poles too.

3. What should I expect to learn?

As a beginner, you will be put on a pole with another student of similar ability. You will then be shown some basic pole fitness moves and linking sequences which you will practice with your pole buddies. Please let us know prior to the session if you have pole experience previously. We will ensure that you are put on a pole with another student around the same level as yourself. All classes are taught at your own pace.

4. What kind of people attend?

The classes are simply for anyone who wants to get fit and have fun. Students all vary in age, size and ability.

5. I’m worried I won’t be able to do anything!

This is completely normal! We will work at your level and whilst you will be able to do some of the moves straight away, most will come in time. The first session is always the hardest one but once you build your strength you will surprise yourself with what you can achieve.

6. What should I bring with me?

Water, a small towel for your hands and the pole and your good mood!

Did you know shoulder injuries are the most frequent injury in pole fitness? They tend to be from incorrect technique, muscle weakness, lack of flexibility and constant strain when not considering enjoying your well deserved rest days. 💁‍♀️
Please listen to your instructor at all times during classes to ensure you are executing exercises effectively. 🧐👩‍🏫
Our sessions are structured a specific way to enhance individuals carefully and gradually. If you do not feel any benefit ...from an exercise that you are performing, or you are struggling, ASK! We are always more than happy to break things down over and over again whilst you learn it. 🧚‍♀️
To help with this assure you arrive on time to warm up fully, avoid texting/social media unless it's an emergency and do not progress to your next trick unless you can fully execute a trick holding it for at least 3 seconds and control the dismount. 💪
Remember, our classes are to give you a break from the outside world, so full attention and dedication will send you away with a smile and progress, not an injury 💖💖
