Male stop and searched on West Road, Mexborough today and was found to be in possession of an offensive weapon. Male was also wanted for failing to appear at court. He will now spend the night in custody to attend court tomorrow for both offences. #operationdrumalpha #fortifyteam4

NHP West officers together with officers from the SYP Off Road Motorcycle Team have been conducting patrols in the Bentley & Toll Bar area today following a large number of complaints received about illegal off road bikes and anti social behaviour. Further operations are being planned for the near future!

Bentley - Stolen vehicle and one used in crime. Both vehicles recovered this evening within the Bentley area of Doncaster.

Good afternoon,
Earlier this evening, at approximately 4:45pm, a wanted male was chased across Schofield Park, Mexborough, and onto Oak Close by Police, where he has threatened an Officer with a needle.
The suspect has then run into a stranger's house through the open rear door, where he has also threatened to stab the occupants of the address.
... He has then proceeded to threaten 2 more Officers with a needle.
The suspect was arrested on Oak Road on suspicion of Affray, Burglary Dwelling, and also as he was wanted on recall to prison.

Volunteers from the Neighbourhood Network group along with St Leger Homes, DMBC, SYP and the Fire service have together cleared around 80 tonnes of rubbish from various locations around the Mexbrough area over the last 2 days. There has also been several litter picks. Well done, a great team effort!

Vehicle seized by West Neighbourhood Team today. The DVLA were notified that the vehicle had been scrapped in June 2018! No tax and no MOT. Another one off the road.

This Vauhall Corsa was seized by officers today in the Skellow area for no insurance and being used on false plates. Enquiries are ongoing. One more off the road!

Officers attended Barnbrugh Primary School this morning and spent time with the Year 2 pupils who are learning about 'People who help us'. It was lovely to meet you all!

This evening West Neighbourhood Officers have been conducting patrols in the Bentley & Toll Bar areas in relation to burglaries when we came across this off road motorcycle being ridden in the Toll Bar area. It was subsequently stopped and the male rider arrested on suspicion of driving while over the prescribed limit for a specified drug, possession of cannabis, no licence, no insurance as well as other motoring offences. Evidential blood samples have been obtained and he awaits the results.

It is illegal to sell alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years old. We carry out test purchase operations throughout the year across Doncaster West. A test purchase operation has been carried out today across shops in Scawthorpe, Scawsby, Cusworth and Sprotbrough. Out of 12 shops tested, 1 failed and sold alcohol to a child under 18. A fixed penalty notice has been issued and further training has been offered. The shop will also be re tested in the near future. Well done to the 11 shops that passed.

Conisbrough - Tonight a youth who is a regular ASB offender in the area has been served papers by DMBC & ourselves to appear at Court next week for a hearing about an injunction application. #OpBradford

Conisbrough - Female youth arrested on suspicion of 2 offences of Criminal Damage.
She has now been bailed pending further enquiries #OpBradford

Conisbrough - Male youth arrested on suspicion of a public order matter and also threats to commit Criminal Damage.
The male has now been bailed pending CPS advice #OpBradford

Its intimidating with some of the youths and their behaviour, however thank you for your endeavours to try and clear this neighbourhood of this mindless dis-respect for the law and the flouting of peoples civil liberties. Keep up the good work please. A grateful resident that has already stood abuse and all my windows put through for voicing my opinion to perpertraitors involved in illegal activities.
