Was wary about picking a new groomer for Mia as a good one is hard to find in some places but I am delighted with Mia's first groom and will continue to come here with her

Took my four month old Bedlington terrier for his first ever grooming today. He came back looking lovely and the staff were brilliant. Took longer with it being his first time and they didn't rush him. Would defiantly recommend. Thank you

Took my 9 year old in today for the first, she was a bit nervous as her last cut at another groomers left her a bit shook up. But she looks amazing and put her halter on without a murmur. Will be making this a regular place.

Took my 2 dogs there today after previously using The Groom Room and being very disappointed with their service



From booking in the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful, the same as when I dropped them off...friendly and professional. When I collected my dogs they looked fabulous and also looked very happy with their new looks!!

Sarah scanned my expecting dogs, very thorough and did not rush like other scanning services I have used before. We have had our dogs groomed with Sarah too, couldn't recommend any better than elite dog grooming, my dogs have always been happy and Are st ease when at the salon. Thank you

Our beagle doesn't normally like water but been here a few times and is now okay with it . But with time spent by staff she now tolerates it .Looks and smells amazing when we pick her up . Lovely staff

Just want to say what a fantastic service Alfie received yesterday! He had his first puppy cut and enjoyed it so much he didn't want to leave. Groom was beautiful and he still smells delicious today, can't stop sniffing him! Thanks very much for a fab service, very pleased and we will most definitely be coming back in 8 weeks! :)

Just picked up my nervous little Dizzy. Her previous owner said she came back traumatised from other groomers in the past. But pleased to report that she looks fab and they said she was happily wagging her tail throughout her cut. Happy dog means happy owner, thank you ladies.

I inherited a somewhat bedraggled lhasa apso named Cassie, I took her to Elite,and she came back looking gorgeous ,this was my first visit,but it certainly won't be my last.

I have been taking my dog Poppy here for almost a year now. It's a great place and my beautiful pup always comes home looking and smelling gorgeous and always very happy too. Would highly recommend.

I have been bringing maisy my shihpoo for grooming I couldn't ask for a better service staff are very friendly and l feel comfortable leaving her for her grooming and she always looks amazing �

Having been to loads of different dog groomers finally found the one. Shannon cuts both my Shihtzu's exactly as I want which is a refreshing change would definitely recommend

Excellent care and attention. Very patient with my dog Coco who has recently lost her sight in her right eye. I would highly recommend the service at Elite. My dog has been twice and looked beautifully cut each time.

Brought Stanley today and he looks beautiful now. He smells delicious, like a mobile air freshner. Thank you we will be back xxx

An absolutely 5* service. I took my little Bear for his first ever grooming session today and I was just totally amazed with the result!! He looks absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this salon to anyone. Thank you ladies so much xxx ����

Took my King Charles cavalier and asked for a standard trim. What I got back was beyond shocking! She was shaved, practically bald! To top it all off red sore marks have now appeared on her body and she is gets cold(even when wearing her coat) during her walks. When booking our dog for a groom my other half explained that all we wanted was a trim and when I dropped her off I’ve explained that I wanted a standard trim not a full shave. Told the groomer that she butchered my dog! Seeing that I was visibly upset there was no apology of any sort! All I got is unevenly shaved dog and clarification that mine and her understanding of bald is very different. I was just so socked,upset and wanted to get out of that establishment that I ended up paying £23 . Needless to say ourselves and both of our families were disappointed with the full groom.

First time, groomed Phoebe lovely! Second time after asking for Phoebe not to be shaved she came back shaved! In these December temperatures my poor dog is freezing. Even beforehand speaking of her knots that were quite bad especially underneath due to her just having a big operation less than 3 weeks ago I haven't been able to groom her as she has been in so much pain and wearing a grow to cover the stitches. If anything I would have preferred a phone call not to go pick my dog up to be shaved!! Yes she had shaved patches from the IV on both paws and where they did the operation but I said it was fine and i do not want her shaving. Shaving all her fur off in December is just absolutely cruel! £28 for a shave not sure why I paid! Tibetan terriers are not supposed to be shaved absolutely not in winter months!
