Would thoroughly recommend this place for parties! We have just had a joint 7th and 10th party here for my daughters and it was brilliant! Great facilities, great staff, great food (especially the pizza!!)

We've just had my little boys 10th Birthday Party at Energi and it was brilliant! All his friends are saying it's the best party they've ever been to. I have one very happy (and sweaty!) little boy! I can't thank Russel, Clare and the rest of the staff enough. They were all really helpful and made sure even the adults enjoyed themselves! Thanks very much Energi York, I would highly recommend a party with you guys.

We took my son and a few of his friends to the Beats XL night last night. Right from the start the customer service was excellent! We had our toddler with us and she was feeling left out when the boys were getting their wrist bands... straight away Abi on reception offered her a pink wristband so she could feel included! � Later during the evening my daughter and I were watching from the steps. A man (who I now know to be Russ) approached us, sat down and started chatting to my daughter. He made us aware that we could watch her brother from the grey areas of the arena. Russ then asked what our daughter’s favourite son is (baby shark of course) and played it with a special shout out! He then proceeded to get a piece of foam from the foam pits and kick it around with her for no less than 15 minutes! Abi and Russ you are both a credit to Energi! Thank you both for going above and beyond! �

We have just come back from an Energi boost session with 8 boys. All the boys had a great time & their mums have just messaged me to say how much fun they all had.

Our youngest was terrified and didn't want to bounce. Staff were amazing and took the time out to give him a pep talk and even went on with him to show him how safe it was!

Abi, Jack & Claire were brilliant and made sure all the kids had a great time.

We had a jump and food for my daughter's birthday. A staff member in the cafe was so helpful the out the cake and cut it up for me ECT was so helpful in every way�

Took our 2 grandchildren aged 11 an 5 and they loved it. Cafe was busy but was able to get a seat where we could keep an eye on the children. Will definnately return and recommend to friends and family. Keep up the good work, it's so nice to be able to go somewhere with children where they can exercise as well as laugh.

Thank you for a great party at the weekend. My son had his 8th Birthday party at Energi on Saturday and I was really impressed. Not long got back from here for the first time even though i live in york..... had an amazing time havent laugh so much in a long time all the things were brilliant from the air jump to the foam pit we even enjoyed the reaction/speed game and basket ball. Popped into the cafe after and that had plenty of places to sit down :-) will deffo be coming again soon :-) thankyou for a great time !!

Not going to give a negative review as my kids love going to energi and had a fab time yesterday. However you need more staff in the cafe area. The staff were rushed of their feet. They did an amazing job. But queue time could of been faster.

My son thoroughly enjoyed it yesterday it was our first time visiting the place.. If any parent wants their child to burn of some energy, then they need to bring them along to you, the grown ups turn next time we visit, . Great place ,and fab staff

My boys really love it here, the trampolines are great and it's good value, only thing I would fault is the cafe prices, I think £1.00 for a bag of crisps is very expensive !!

My 2 girls had a lovely time here today - to say that it was the school holidays we were expecting it to be so much busier than it was. We were pleasantly surprised. Still plenty people there but not too many to make it feel cramped. We have been to a different trampoline park before further north and my girls rated Energi as better. We sat upstairs in the cafe area and liked being able to see right down the park...meaning I could find the girls a lot easier. We'll be back!

More we go more we love it ! All my kids love it ! Yes I do wish it was cheaper but that’s because we take 4 children so seems like more! Thanks energi fab food and fab staff!

Kids had a great time for the short time we were there :) Sadly I knackered my ankle but the staff were on the ball in seconds and had my ankle supported and in an ice pack until they could arrange transport to hospital for me.

Very professional even refunded our session so the kids could go again to enjoy a full session :)

Kids done beats disco Friday 8-10 pm they loved it. I watched sitting in cafe headphones in watching tv in iPad lol

It did get a bit chilly towards end of sesssion in cafe area.

I went to Energi on Friday 27th October with my husband and 2 girls (6 and 9) and we had a great time. Even though it was the half term holiday it wasn’t overly busy, so there was always somewhere the girls could safely bounce around. Will definitely go back again!

I take my grandson to the toddler session can,t tell you how much fun it is ,it's great for the little one's as there no pushing and its never to busy so you can enjoy it, the good thing is you only pay for child and adult is free , would recommend this

I love that we can go as a family and use the whole park, rather than under 5s being separated like at other parks. We always have fun here!

Hosted my daughter’s 10 birthday here today and it was fantastic the staff was helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in we stayed in the cafe while the children bounced which was reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning. Thank you �

Had my 5 yr olds party at energi this afternoon. Can’t recommend the place enough. Cost per head includes entrance, socks, party room, amazing party food and lots of it!! Great value for money.



The duty manager and the staff were professional, and the party hosts were awesome. Some of the staff stayed beyond their planned working hours due to ppl using the trampolines, and kept stressed ‘party’ Mum more than happy. �



I will definitely be booking next years party with them.

We went yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the family jump. The facilities are great and it doesn’t get too overwhelmingly busy. The only thing I wasn’t too happy at was the cafe (which looked great), after our family jump we really wanted to get a drink and something to eat in the cafe only to find it full of people sat at the tables who were just sat there watching rather than eating/drinking. As we couldn’t get a table we were forced to have to go to the local Tesco cafe instead. I’d maybe suggest a separate viewing area so people who do actually want to use the cafe can.

Was a well worth experience we just loved it and had a good time

Great service checking in staff great but what is with the smoke machine?! I’m struggling as an adult the kids must be struggling whilst jumping. Also probably needs advertising using it to that extent so those with asthma can avoid...

Not 5 stars until I see floor staff working properly!

My 12+10yr old daughters and their friend got smacked at close range in the face in the dodgeball area - several times! On purpose from kids who were aiming hard. If I could see it from the café area then they should have, but they spent far too long chatting with each other, facing the wrong way - Please keep an eye on this. Next time I will complain there and then. I took a photo as proof!

On a plus, the café staff were on fire! didn't stop beavering about. X

Brought my 2 boys, aged 2 and 4, to the toddler session today and they loved it! Not overwhelmingly busy even though it was the holidays and they had a great time bouncing around, they loved the music too. We would definitely recommend and come back, perfect for my adrenaline seeking boys to burn off some energy in a safe environment with some great challenges in the foam pits.



Downfalls are the safety video at the beginning, I had been warned by a friend that it upset her daughter, it left my little boy distraught and not wanting to go in for fear of death or broken bones! A 4 year old doesn't have the comprehension skills to take in that amount of information and a few of the toddlers were visibly upset by it, I'm sure a consent form with warnings for parents would be much more appropriate. The cafe was also disappointing, chaotic and the wait time was ridiculous both to order and receive food. The panini was disgusting, cake was delicious.

Been twice in one week so far.. the first time we went was fantastic. My son enjoyed it and so did I (although I was worn out after haha)! All the staff were really friendly on the tuesday apart from one who was at the slush machine downstairs.. any questions i asked, she answered with attitude as if I should know the answer. On Friday we went again and again had a fantastic time, the guy watching the airbag area was friendly and encouraged the younger children with us. Thinking of trying the energi fit next!

More staff needed upstairs and down, long wait for drinks in the cafe.

My boys enjoyed it but I can't help but think it is over priced! Also the toilets were dirty!

Extremely dirty place, tables hardly ever cleaned, never enough toilet paper, queuing for coffee takes about 20mins. Not blaming staff as clearly understaffed. Usually one person taking orders, making drinks, delivering food etc and cleaning tables. Great fun for kids tho.

Went to the Sunday evening fitness class on 13/08/17 - and it was absolutely rubbish myself and my friend left half way through spoke to the lady on reception who gave us an email to complain to - which we did and heard nothing back then called last Sunday to chase up - only to be spoken to by some jumped up teenager - feel free to message me and I would be more than happy to speak to senior management - but until then I won't be attending any further classes

This is a good space for the kids, and great viewing area for parents, but sadly the staff were totally ineffective when we had problems with a bully picking on our party of kids. They did nothing, said her rugby tackling kids and hitting them in the face during dodgeball, was "play fighting" !!!!

I had to stand over them to keep them safe.

Well I wouldn’t be able to review the place as this is the second time I’ve come and not been able to do it due to their UNADVERTISED rules. Clearly states, “suitable for all ages” however after traveling a hour to get there today to be told me and my family can’t go on as my daughter is one month off of being 2, and under twos aren’t allowed!!! NO WHERE does it state this, I even went back in to show the staff it clearly states everywhere online “suitable for ALL ages” won’t be attempting to go again. Place was dead and no wonder.

We've just been kicked out because we were wearinn the wrong socks (which were identical to your socks, but from a different brand - I know you'll bang on about your policy but fact remains that expecting someone to buy additional socks for a single visit to your premises is utterly wasteful and completely pointless) and because our child is under two. Apparently the under-2 rule is stated online, but I didn't check, and NOWHERE on your premises does it say anything about that. The only age-restriction on your price board or around the trampolines is that toddlers must be under five and can only attend toddler sessions. No clarity combined with complete rudeness from your staff. What an absolute waste of time and money.

We have just come back from an Energi boost session with 8 boys. All the boys had a great time & their mums have just messaged me to say how much fun they all had.

Our youngest was terrified and didn't want to bounce. Staff were amazing and took the time out to give him a pep talk and even went on with him to show him how safe it was!

Abi, Jack & Claire were brilliant and made sure all the kids had a great time.

We had a jump and food for my daughter's birthday. A staff member in the cafe was so helpful the out the cake and cut it up for me ECT was so helpful in every way�

Took our 2 grandchildren aged 11 an 5 and they loved it. Cafe was busy but was able to get a seat where we could keep an eye on the children. Will definnately return and recommend to friends and family. Keep up the good work, it's so nice to be able to go somewhere with children where they can exercise as well as laugh.

Thank you for a great party at the weekend. My son had his 8th Birthday party at Energi on Saturday and I was really impressed. Not long got back from here for the first time even though i live in york..... had an amazing time havent laugh so much in a long time all the things were brilliant from the air jump to the foam pit we even enjoyed the reaction/speed game and basket ball. Popped into the cafe after and that had plenty of places to sit down :-) will deffo be coming again soon :-) thankyou for a great time !!

Not going to give a negative review as my kids love going to energi and had a fab time yesterday. However you need more staff in the cafe area. The staff were rushed of their feet. They did an amazing job. But queue time could of been faster.

My son thoroughly enjoyed it yesterday it was our first time visiting the place.. If any parent wants their child to burn of some energy, then they need to bring them along to you, the grown ups turn next time we visit, . Great place ,and fab staff

My son had his 10th birthday party here and he and his friends absolutely loved it! The party host was fantastic and Aaron has been particularly helpful. A fab local business, run by local people, delivering a great experience to the local community!!

My boys really love it here, the trampolines are great and it's good value, only thing I would fault is the cafe prices, I think £1.00 for a bag of crisps is very expensive !!

My 2 girls had a lovely time here today - to say that it was the school holidays we were expecting it to be so much busier than it was. We were pleasantly surprised. Still plenty people there but not too many to make it feel cramped. We have been to a different trampoline park before further north and my girls rated Energi as better. We sat upstairs in the cafe area and liked being able to see right down the park...meaning I could find the girls a lot easier. We'll be back!

More we go more we love it ! All my kids love it ! Yes I do wish it was cheaper but that’s because we take 4 children so seems like more! Thanks energi fab food and fab staff!

Kids had a great time for the short time we were there :) Sadly I knackered my ankle but the staff were on the ball in seconds and had my ankle supported and in an ice pack until they could arrange transport to hospital for me.

Very professional even refunded our session so the kids could go again to enjoy a full session :)

Kids done beats disco Friday 8-10 pm they loved it. I watched sitting in cafe headphones in watching tv in iPad lol

It did get a bit chilly towards end of sesssion in cafe area.

I went to Energi on Friday 27th October with my husband and 2 girls (6 and 9) and we had a great time. Even though it was the half term holiday it wasn’t overly busy, so there was always somewhere the girls could safely bounce around. Will definitely go back again!

I take my grandson to the toddler session can,t tell you how much fun it is ,it's great for the little one's as there no pushing and its never to busy so you can enjoy it, the good thing is you only pay for child and adult is free , would recommend this

I love that we can go as a family and use the whole park, rather than under 5s being separated like at other parks. We always have fun here!

Hosted my daughter’s 10 birthday here today and it was fantastic the staff was helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in we stayed in the cafe while the children bounced which was reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning. Thank you �

Had my 5 yr olds party at energi this afternoon. Can’t recommend the place enough. Cost per head includes entrance, socks, party room, amazing party food and lots of it!! Great value for money.



The duty manager and the staff were professional, and the party hosts were awesome. Some of the staff stayed beyond their planned working hours due to ppl using the trampolines, and kept stressed ‘party’ Mum more than happy. �



I will definitely be booking next years party with them.

We went yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the family jump. The facilities are great and it doesn’t get too overwhelmingly busy. The only thing I wasn’t too happy at was the cafe (which looked great), after our family jump we really wanted to get a drink and something to eat in the cafe only to find it full of people sat at the tables who were just sat there watching rather than eating/drinking. As we couldn’t get a table we were forced to have to go to the local Tesco cafe instead. I’d maybe suggest a separate viewing area so people who do actually want to use the cafe can.

Was a well worth experience we just loved it and had a good time

Great service checking in staff great but what is with the smoke machine?! I’m struggling as an adult the kids must be struggling whilst jumping. Also probably needs advertising using it to that extent so those with asthma can avoid...

Not 5 stars until I see floor staff working properly!

My 12+10yr old daughters and their friend got smacked at close range in the face in the dodgeball area - several times! On purpose from kids who were aiming hard. If I could see it from the café area then they should have, but they spent far too long chatting with each other, facing the wrong way - Please keep an eye on this. Next time I will complain there and then. I took a photo as proof!

On a plus, the café staff were on fire! didn't stop beavering about. X

Brought my 2 boys, aged 2 and 4, to the toddler session today and they loved it! Not overwhelmingly busy even though it was the holidays and they had a great time bouncing around, they loved the music too. We would definitely recommend and come back, perfect for my adrenaline seeking boys to burn off some energy in a safe environment with some great challenges in the foam pits.



Downfalls are the safety video at the beginning, I had been warned by a friend that it upset her daughter, it left my little boy distraught and not wanting to go in for fear of death or broken bones! A 4 year old doesn't have the comprehension skills to take in that amount of information and a few of the toddlers were visibly upset by it, I'm sure a consent form with warnings for parents would be much more appropriate. The cafe was also disappointing, chaotic and the wait time was ridiculous both to order and receive food. The panini was disgusting, cake was delicious.

Been twice in one week so far.. the first time we went was fantastic. My son enjoyed it and so did I (although I was worn out after haha)! All the staff were really friendly on the tuesday apart from one who was at the slush machine downstairs.. any questions i asked, she answered with attitude as if I should know the answer. On Friday we went again and again had a fantastic time, the guy watching the airbag area was friendly and encouraged the younger children with us. Thinking of trying the energi fit next!

More staff needed upstairs and down, long wait for drinks in the cafe.

My boys enjoyed it but I can't help but think it is over priced! Also the toilets were dirty!

Extremely dirty place, tables hardly ever cleaned, never enough toilet paper, queuing for coffee takes about 20mins. Not blaming staff as clearly understaffed. Usually one person taking orders, making drinks, delivering food etc and cleaning tables. Great fun for kids tho.

Went to the Sunday evening fitness class on 13/08/17 - and it was absolutely rubbish myself and my friend left half way through spoke to the lady on reception who gave us an email to complain to - which we did and heard nothing back then called last Sunday to chase up - only to be spoken to by some jumped up teenager - feel free to message me and I would be more than happy to speak to senior management - but until then I won't be attending any further classes

This is a good space for the kids, and great viewing area for parents, but sadly the staff were totally ineffective when we had problems with a bully picking on our party of kids. They did nothing, said her rugby tackling kids and hitting them in the face during dodgeball, was "play fighting" !!!!

I had to stand over them to keep them safe.

Well I wouldn’t be able to review the place as this is the second time I’ve come and not been able to do it due to their UNADVERTISED rules. Clearly states, “suitable for all ages” however after traveling a hour to get there today to be told me and my family can’t go on as my daughter is one month off of being 2, and under twos aren’t allowed!!! NO WHERE does it state this, I even went back in to show the staff it clearly states everywhere online “suitable for ALL ages” won’t be attempting to go again. Place was dead and no wonder.

We've just been kicked out because we were wearinn the wrong socks (which were identical to your socks, but from a different brand - I know you'll bang on about your policy but fact remains that expecting someone to buy additional socks for a single visit to your premises is utterly wasteful and completely pointless) and because our child is under two. Apparently the under-2 rule is stated online, but I didn't check, and NOWHERE on your premises does it say anything about that. The only age-restriction on your price board or around the trampolines is that toddlers must be under five and can only attend toddler sessions. No clarity combined with complete rudeness from your staff. What an absolute waste of time and money.
