... 1 3/4 cups of self raising flour 100grams cold butter Shake of sugar Teaspoon of baking powder
Rub it all in together until looks a bit like breadcrumbs, add few cold splashes of milk until it forms a dough. Roll it out should make 6-7 large scones. Bake till cooked about 15-20 minutes!

Is life insurance and financial service still a taboo subject?
Whilst watching the live well for less programme last night the woman was talking about emotional spending on the children due to a family friend who died at a young age with children a similar age to hers. The subject was brought up a few times through the programme and has been playing on my mind overnight.
Surely this was an ideal opportunity to discuss on national TV the importance and cost of life insurance and income protection.

How was your bank holiday weekend?
Mine was spent at the wonderful Epworth Show where I help run the horse section as well as sponsoring a couple of the classes in the showing. It was a fantastic day where the weather nearly held out for us and it always great to catch up with friends I may only see once a year.
This week both me and Dan are run off our feet catching up and meeting with clients. We are making time for a couple of networking meetings in Gainsborough, Bawtry ...and Retford. On Friday I have a much looked forward to meeting with Taz Thornton hopefully lots of ideas to come out of this - I will keep you all updated.
Then Saturday me and the mumma bear are having a girls day out to The Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials Official Page I cannot wait!!!! First time back in 4 years.
