I went for a new set of front tyres and as I didn’t have the locking nut they contacted someone who could resolve this. The guy sorted it that night and they fit me in the next morning for my tyres. I don’t get anywhere else for them - could not be happier.

Had new tyres & m.o.t @ Doncaster branch, always cheapest online tyre prices. Chris at Doncaster is a credit to your company friendly & honest, a decent guy . Happy with service i received, your wheel alignment prices could be more competitive. But great service.

Had both MOT and service done on my car. They do a great job and keep in touch to let you know what's happening. Always friendly. Big plus right next to the shopping outlet so plenty to look around whilst your car is being done. Very convenient as open 7 days a week.

Great service, very easy to use, booked Master Service & MOT with a cleaning & regassing of air conditioning. So easy booked and paid fo online on Friday and was able to get in on Monday. Always expect to find a few problems but unlike some other garages only a few recommendations for minor things, so nothing extra to pay unless I wanted the minor items carried out. Very friendly staff cannot recommend them enough, paid less than other places, will definitely be using them again.

I always have my MOT done here as it is a good price (very good this time as I got an extra Black Friday discount) and I can shop whilst I wait. I booked on line and had to change my MOT Date, which I did by ringing the Doncaster Centre. However, my free winter check doesn't seem to have been carried out, as this didn't "transfer" when I changed my MOT date. I suppose I should have mentioned it when I changed the date on the phone, but you'd have thought their PC systems would tell them what needed to be done.

Called here at the beginning of the week and unfortunately the tyre I wanted they didn't have and unfortunately I don't have deep pockets for a premium one. So the manager sorted me one for Wednesday and said come when you want it's on a first come first basis which is fair enough, so I was there five minutes after opening and I was third in queue. The seats in the waiting room are comfy but for some reason the coffee machine wasn't on and I needed a caffeine fix(gutted). All in all great place,great service and a good set of lads keep up the good work..

Went for a service here and was told that I needed my anti-roll bar link replacing. Felt pressured to have this work done among other work. Had it looked at by another garage and there was no need to replace at all, indeed it had only very minor wear. These people try it on. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Well I wouldn’t say I hated it, it just wasn’t good. I booked an MOT test online for 15:30 and when I got there at 15:20 they told me my appointment was 15:00 and I was too late. I showed them my confirmation email stating 15:30 and they said it was the fault of the people at head office booking the wrong times with them and it happens all the time. So now, I have to wait 4 days before they can do my test as they’re fully booked.

Absolutely shocking service. My car was booked in for 4 new tyres, they had no recollection of my booking even though I had a booking reference number, when they checked properly they did have my booking however they stated the tyres had not been delivered and couldn’t tell me when they would have them in. I had a baby and a toddler with me in a double pushchair and as I went to leave without any new tyres on my car or any idea when I could get them not one person offered to hold the extremely heavy door.
