So proud of this lady today!!!! Janette suffered an incomplete spinal cord injury a few years ago and was paralysed from the neck down. Today she completed 5 minutes on the cross trainer 💪🏻 I know for a lot of people this seems like such an easy task however 4 months ago when I told Janette to get on the cross trainer, she was petrified and couldn’t even manage 5 seconds. Today she got on with so much confidence and smashed it!!!! And this is why I love my job. Anything is... possible in life if you just believe you can do it. ***Please Take Notice*** CANCELLATION POLICY
This is not an easy post to write but unfortunately my hand has been forced. Due to a large amount of cancellations and ‘No Shows’ recently, I am having to enforce a cancellation policy. ... Last minute cancellations can be really damaging to a business and result in a loss of earnings as well as there being not enough time to fill the appointment slots.
Moving forward, a 24hr notice of cancellations will be required otherwise a 50% charge of the appointment will need to be made prior to booking another.
