We were there at 5.30am,the staff was pleasant and helpful the food was lovely and fresh,would recommend.

The food was amazing and to my specifications I’m a fussy eater but I can’t complain about frankie and bennys it’s incredible and delicious I would definitely recommend

Never understand what people want from this kind of resteraunt ? It's basically fast food! But of it's type it's very good Myself my wife and one of my girls turned up late on a Thursday night! But all our food tasted fresh and well prepared! There was a special offer off three pasta dishes +a 15" pizza for less than thirty quid and as we were going to have a pasta dish anyway we went for it! It was way more than enough food for three people and. Once the drinks were added it came to snot mid thirties ! Which I considered great value for money ! Not many staff on but late on a Thursday night that wasn't supprising and the staff that were there were great ! friendly and efficient ! We've been there a few times over the years and always had a good experience! If you want a Michelin star resteraunt you'll be disappointed but then your not paying thirty pounds a head either! You pays your money a take your choice! For what it is it is a pleasant experience at a sensible price!

I had a lovely meal

Quite ordinary food, they need to learn how flat white is made. Friendly staff

No one came to serve me, had to go find someone, breakfast arrived so late my tea was finished and the breakfast was cold, and no it wasn't busy! Won't be going there again!

I love their food and the good service but things weren’t great yesterday. I ordered the crunchy chicken salad, my friend and daughter had a burger each. When my salad arrived it was a Caeser Salad and not what I ordered, both burgers were greasy. If it hadn’t been for the fact that we were hungry we would have complained loudly and asked for replacement meals. We did mention it to our server, he said “All I can do is apologise”. He didn’t get a tip! My salad was tasty, but it just wasn’t what I wanted. The cheesecake was gorgeous though!

Service was very slow considering there was about five tables and three waiters at the time of our visit. Food was nice but burger was a bit dry.



Not like it used to be which is a shame

I did not enjoy my time in this restaurant I was there on Jan 1st 2015 the manager is very rude I wanted to cancel my desert order and was told I had to have it coz it was already made I apologized for my reason not to have it but that wasn't good enough she is a vile person who shouldn't be dealing with the public never again will I return !!!

Food was a very poor standard. Sent my dough balls back as were burnt and rock hard. Missus chicken was dry and sons chicken nuggets were over done. Staff were very pleasant but won’t be going back.

Shown in, told 30 minutes for food which was fine. Sat waiting for ten minutes, staff didn't even look at me. First and last time, left and went to burger king, just as bad there, no smiles added to a conveyor line of people waiting. this airport sucks.

I was really disappointed with my visit this time my dad and his wife took me out for a birthday meal we had chosen frankie & bennys because it has a dedicated coliac menu. Both myself and dad can't eat wheat or gluten so it worked for us. When we arrived there were no staff to great us as there was a party on. When we were seated there was a long delay in drinks and placing our order. when the food finally arrived I was given a dry, unappealing plate of food... the side of butter had be cross-contaminated? And apperantly there was no more butter on site that hadn't been tainted... And no sauce or anything to moisten my salmon which was dry/over cooked and still had all white gunk around it... really wasn't presented well at all, and my veg tasted old, the green beans tasted really rotten, safe to say I didn't eat it. my dad's meal, chicken, ribs was just ok but not great at all... dry, tough but luckily he had coleslaw to offer moisture. I won't be going back to F&B Bradford any time soon, really poor experience.

Front of house guy, very chatty and helpful, service slow, had to ask how long my food would be, was told 2 secs, 10 mins later I had to ask again. When we eventually got our meal the garlic bread was cold!!! My son asked for a coke but it never arrived. We have been before and the service has been fab, but sadly this time is wasnt

Dressed up fast food place with restaurant prices. Dried up and over cooked, not a fan, wont be paying another visit.

Deep fried and burnt, I ordered something off the grill menu and it was fried?? Seriously � and my husband ordered a lasagna and that was awful too with hard old chips not freshly made. Frankie and Bennys used to good but not the same anymore.
