Went to the full diamonty show last night and it was fab! Those guys have so much energy and the choice of songs were top-notch! The bouncers were friendly, the drinks weren't over priced and all in all it was just a great atmosphere. Will definitely be going back! The full diamonty show is a credit to fuel!

Tonight was my trial shift and it think i did quite well i got the hang of it pretty quick except for when people paid with cards. The staff are really nice especially Rachel she was very patient with me. Atmosphere is great and one of the usual customers said they liked me and someone wanted to tell staff i was really nice. Hope i can come back :)

Pounded is the best night of the week. I stopped going out around town coz it was the boring night every week. Now you have great music and a brilliant Dj Ben Rainey awesome night.

I visited tonight and unfortunately I had a situation where I was threatened and told I would have my face smashed I'm but thank god for the security guard graham that dealt with him very quickly and I felt so safe thanks to him and I did end up giving him a tip because he was so nice and quick to act so thank go to the fuel security team I really appreciate what you do every time keeping the club safe!

Fun night out with friends. All staff made us feel welcome. It was pounded and the two djs where amazing in both the big room and the back room. Will be planning on coming over again xxx

First time in fuel last night went for my daughters birthday the the grease show was amazing but what I thought was lovely I was outside one of the worker's was helping a old gentleman in. the gentleman offered to pay but the guy said it was fine he'd sort it out he then helped him in the pub and made sure he was ok the workers name was jack so hats of to jack it was a lovely act of kindness x

Always have a fantastic night at fuel, all the cast and staff are awesome. I am sad that the amazing cabaret shows are being axed�.. So much hard work goes in to them for our enjoyment, thank you Dan, Jack, Steve, declan and all the other great members of the team who make for a great night out. I must say I truly am gutted, but one thing for sure is I truly wish each and every one of you all the best for the future. Love you all ��� xxxxx

This is a late reply having to do this for my mum as she doesn't have Facebook, last Saturday we was at fuel watching to full diamonty which I must say was really good enjoyed it and would recommend to go watch it. As my mum went outside to have a cig the bouncer Lucas was stood in the towards the centre of the doorway so that led to people pushing and shoving as they couldn't get in and out of fuel properly as me and my mum was going outside for Cig we both got pushed my mum got pushed that much she was falling forward which led to my mum to reach out to stop herself from falling as she reached out her hand went just above Lucas bum but she kept falling so he hand slipped further down on to his bum .After that Lucas crabbed my mum very aggressively round the top of her arm which left a red mark when he grabbed my mum he threw her round the corner and out the door he started getting quite nasty towards my mum saying some horrible stuff which I was not happy with It then stood up for my mum he said the words to me that he would ban me if I carried on and that he would ban my mum if she touches his bum again. I think this is disgusting behaviour how he spoke and handled my mum he was stood in the centre of the door way on his phone nearly all the time I went outside, if he wasn't stood in the centre of the door way them people could get in and out to have a cig but he wasn't even bothered because he was stood there on his phone. Never known such a horrible bouncer was horrendous to handle a women like Lucas did

Went to the cabaret last night which was fantastic. Dragged on a bit at the end but our group really enjoyed ourselves. The only downfall was one of the bar staff (female, dark hair with glasses) came and moved out tables and chairs at the end of the night but was so rude slamming them about around us because we didn't move quick enough. That spoilt the end of our night. But the show was really good.

Only ever being twice and that was for pounded, the first time I loved it. Last night when we went it was understandably very busy but the barman in shed was just down right ignorant, was speaking to all the customers like shit telling them 'don't wave your money in my face' and deliberately ignoring one side of the bar because we was getting impatient, for saying 'are you kidding' when he continued to ignore the fact me and my friend had being waiting at the bar for twenty minutes he threatened to 'get the bouncers and kick me out' clearly someone needs to freshen up on their customer service skills and be abit more understanding when customers get angry for waiting for so long like I as a customer understood the fact he was busy. Just down right ignorant and needs to sort his attitude out.

Inside staff are good doormen are shit parting Omar and Ian little cocky one with brown hair who always just talks to people like shit disrespectful usually goes in the smoking area alot and all he does is talk to people and actually doesnt do anything if anything kicks off the club is really good though would recommend pounded



Getting annoyed the last few weeks I've got quite a few pics done with my mates and stuff and they just don't get uploaded and get deleted all the time what's the point of having someone take pictures of ya if they just end up deleting em anyways I just don't see the point happened for the last few weeks now

visited tonight for the second time... and yet again refused entry? why... apparently I was too drunk (same 'problem' as last time) first time round I hadn't had a single drink, this time round i'd had one pint of strongbow... i'm not the kind of person to complain, but this is completely out of order now.

Total ban on military personnel! Shameful! It was my partner and I, and our friend with their partner. Not a large group of people. All late 20's dressed with shoes and shirts. Disgusted that that was the only excuse that we couldn't enter the club, where we have been danced and enjoyed before.

Sorry to say your bouncer a complete dick literally got drop off in hull and got told we wasn't aloud in your club as were to pissed apparently, even though we wasn't I suggest u get a new bouncer or you'll end up losing custom because your bouncer think they own the place complete morons.

So different to how it used to be. The music was so bad. Requests ignored. The shed was completely empty. The main dance floor not much better. Ive been going to Fuel for 8 years and it used to be one of the best clubs. Now it doesnt have anything on propaganda, and even that is nowhere near as good as it was only a few weeks ago. Bring back the drag djs that play what the crowd want instead of a playlist that is repeated every week. Shame because they were my fave clubs. Only saving grace is Nana.

Having family in the hull area I end up in fuel every so often and I love it! Prefer to go to fuel and prop rather then out where I live however I was gutted to be refused entry the other week for no reason at all the doorman wouldn't even speak to me, he informed me I am banned and to never return the club as I will be refused entry! I can't believe I was spoken to in this way for no reason at all I hadn't had a single drink that night either! Absolutely gutted to be honest was easy my best night out!!

Fuel is supposed to be a welcoming , safe , fun environment for LGBT or just open minded people . In all fairness this bar does not represent what it's supposed to and it is at fault with the owners and management of the bar . It's impossible to ignore the countless complaints here about the door staff , the management of Fuel will defend themselves by stating that the door staff are not in house , but they are representing YOUR bar.

Pounded can be a brilliant night however it comes with consequences if you want to sell drinks for a quid , it's going to attract some very drunken customers .

My personal experience as a t total non drinker was a time I qued and was accused of being drunk . I wasn't stammering , staggering , raising my voice or in any way standing out from the others who were allowed entry . When I informed the doormen that I was not drunk and in fact do not drink at all they just completely ignored me . Instead of getting angry I came on here to see what everyone else has to say and it seems this club has a problem with customer service , security and just being all in all the most unclassy place you could end up on a night out in Hull . I hope the owners are reading this because eventually you'll get shut down either over a dangerous confrontation with your door staff or a drunken incident due to you practically drowning your customers in cheap alcohol and then acting surprised when they're off their head . Get some class !

Extremely upset at the way I was treated by your bouncers last night.



You wouldn't expect in an LGBT friendly place that I would get thrown out for using the male toilet... maybe if your female toilets were useable... i.e.they locked, didn't block and actually had toilet roll in them, I wouldn't have to go in the male toilets. Which I did have a male friend check there was no men in there at the time before I went in.



Extremely disappointed that even though when they asked me to leave I didn't make a fuss I said ok and went to collect my bag from the cloakroom and they kept trying to push me out... I kept telling them and showing them my cloakroom band and saying I'm just trying to get my bag to which one of the ripped the band off of my arm and proceeded to get it for me and the other kept pushing me out.



A genuine shame as I love fuel and now feel like I shouldn't go back for a minor mishap being treated as some sort of crime by two of your bouncers who clearly were bored last night and had nothing better to do.



News flash we live in 2017 and men and women should be able to use the same toilet... oh yea and at no point do you ever stop the drag queens from using the female toilet... which I am all for btw, before I get some abuse for saying that... change your policy or your bouncers who need to clearly sort out there priorities because only ten minutes before this I went in the girls toilet and watched 5 of your customers snort a line of coke each in your establishment. Yet I'm the bad guy for daring to pee in an empty toilet... �

Door staff are so rude! And the so called manager is a joke. Wouldn't let my friend in because he was apparently "too drunk". We had all hardly drank and he defiantly was not drunk! Door staff became aggressive and rude when confronted about their decision. Treated like animals. Disgusting!!
