Putting lives at risk .

New baxi boiler fitted and also moved into a much safer place with easy access from the loft into a cupboard 😌

You get what you pay for 😩... a alpha boiler 3 yrs old . Been leaking internaly for god knows how long .already had parts changed . Now being replaced with a new baxi 630 .with 7 years parts and labour warranty .with a vertical flue . Magnaclean. And scale master to protect the boiler . And a new RF programable room thermostat .🤗

Before & After Bathroom turned into a wet room . Tiled from floor to ceiling with plastic cladding so no more painting
