Wow what helpful and friendly people! I needed to know where the serial number of my e-trike could be found and the staff here went out of their way to help me find it. It turns out that I have a very early version of this particular e-trike...maybe the ninth one produced!!! Thank you!

Today I went to test a bike, I'm an amputee and haven't been on a bike for at least 20 years! But after alot of support and encouragement from my husband and John within half an hour i was riding a bike! felt like a kids for half an hour, I will be going back to purchase a bike soon, but thank you John I never thought I'd do it x

Ordered my Trigo from them Chris was worried about me ordering one without a test ride. It was delivered on time, good people to buy from. And a great product.

Mick and co are very knowledgeable and always helpful.

Just seen the report on Look North - encouraging carers and those with dementia to go out cycling. Absolutely fantastic. Not tried the service myself but the concept is brilliant.

Had amazing care, support and customer service from Neil today. We have managed to find a trike suitable for our daughter with Cerebral Palsy. Delighted and can't wait to pick it up next week.

Great organisation with an ethos for the totally inclusive cycling experience! From the earliest email enquiry through to concrete proposals my contact experience with them has been second to none - helpful, accommodating and charming! They surely go that extra mile to achieve satisfaction! We came away the delighted, excited new owners of a beautifully refurbished Huka Duet (to the uninitiated - a wheelchair tandem)! This shop/organisation is totally unique to the UK - a flag bearer and cheerleader for change! Well done and thanks!

Fantastic company superb customer service. I ordered and paid for the bike with absolutely no problem and within 1 week had it delivered � I have the happiest little boy

Definitely a great place to deal with, I called Mick Allen asked him to do something to enable me to ride my bike being a left below knee amputee and after hearing my problem when riding, Mick suggested the MagLOCK pedals. Great friendly people to deal with.

Couldn't decide on what to get for my new bike but luckily the staff were super friendly and patient explaining things for me! I also got a 10% student discount! 100% 5 STAR SERVICES!!!! Would definitely recommend to all my friends, now I can commute to university easily without panicing being late for classes!

Cannot begin to tell you how wonderful these guys are. Visited for the first time today and the guys sorted a trike I could ride, making the necessary adjustments. Totally understood the issues faced by disabled riders. Can't tell you the feeling of elation as I rode the trike. Fantastic Mike and his team. Thank you.

Between Jim and the two Jordan's we wouldn't have our Archie bike, with Their help and patience we have one happy little boy, thank you all so very much xxxx
