I’m a recent vegan convert and had the humous sharing platter, honestly the best meal I’ve had since turning vegan. We weren’t sure what salad to pick so they brought us a selection. The staff were lovely, service was quick and the location is beautiful. I treated myself to a slice of cake to take away for later. £15 for the two of us inc drinks, so incredibly reasonable. My only niggle is that the toilets were up really steep stairs, but it’s an old building. Will definitely be going again!

I'm a regular visitor at Goji, sometimes to eat in and sometimes to take out. There can be a bit of a wait for the food but trust me, it's worth the wait! Their food is amazing, I'm gradually working my way through the vegan options on the menu (lots of fantastic vegan options including main meals, deli items and cakes). Recent meals I've particularly enjoyed are the vegan quiche, the tower burger, hot dog with the trimmings. As for desserts / cakes they are amongst the best vegan cakes I've tried. I believe some are baked in house and some are from That Old Chestnut bakery. The carrot cake is my favourite but I also love the lemon & poppy seed cake, pistachio & cardamon cake, raw "cheesecake" and of course their legendary sticky toffee pudding!

Goji vegetarian cafe is best, staff is also very good. Food is awesome. Giving it full 5 star for making our trip to York city memorable with such a good food to eat during lunchtime.

Excellent people and excellent food and drinks (healthy, well presented, good value). Really nice patio area for when the sun is out. My fiancé and I don't live in York, but we went both days of our stay and would definitely come here often if we did live in York! On the second day our drinks took a long time to arrive and as a result we didn't have to pay - this showed real class and care for customers - highly recommended!
