Went to my granddaughters and her friends joint birthday party. Amy our party marshall was brilliant she made sure we had plenty of time on the trampolines and organised the food etc superbly. Recommend a fun party here. Only downside was being unable to access the cafe if you have a pram either from the car park or check in area. Left one of our party unable to join the adults observing whilst enjoying a coffee before the children came up for food

Visited yesterday the staff was so helpful and fun with the kids we had a blast can't wait for next time just wish we lived closer 😄

My Daughter had her 10th birthday party here today with 9 friends and I couldn’t be happier with the days events! Caitlin our party host was respectful, polite, great with the kids and worked hard to ensure all safe and that they had fun ! The Zizzi food was hot and delicious pizza �!

Can’t recommend it enough for a stress free party �!

Must be the best trampoline park very well organised staf on the ball no ones allowed to mess about there or staf straight on to them spotlessly clean n lovely cafe the trampolines are spot on Iv been twice now n highly recommend my grandkids love it

If I could have given them more than 5 stars I would have. I visited today with my two sons, the youngest of which has Autism. When we booked in I made the staff aware and they said they would let the staff on the park know. I was a little bit nervous as my son struggled to understand the safety rules. However the man working on the park assured me he would watch him and he would be fine. Matthew one of the staff on the park ensured my son was safe at all times, he even asked if the music was too loud for Oliver and offered to turn it down if needed. I kept on hovering and checking on my son from the cafe. Each time I looked I could see Matthew jumping around with my son and engaging him, which gave my older son a much needed break from his younger sibling. There was a part of the session where disco lights came one and the music became louder, before this happened he warned my son and brought him over to me. When my son went off again he kept a close eye on him. I talked to Matthew briefly and the understanding he has of Autism is outstanding. He said that he knew all children with Autism were different and the condition affects them differently. He took the time to get to know my son and how to approach him. Emily was also amazing, she even had a wrestling match with Ollie which of course he loved! I can't thank the staff enough for making it such a fun a pleasant experience for my children. They defiantly deserve recognition for being fun, lovely people who seem to have an amazing understanding of Autism. We will defiantly visit again.

I want to give a massive thank you to a young guy (I think called Jordan) I attended the toddler session as I do every week and he was amazing with my son!!! He played ball with him and interacted with him brilliantly. He really went that extra mile!!!! Also Matt, lovely approachable guy and happy to help. Love gravity Hull. Thank you �

The venue is clean and vibrant, the staff are all so friendly, helpful and accommodating.... Nothing was too much trouble and they all work very hard to create a fun filled environment for the kids. My son and his friends had a great time. The food from Newton's cafe bar was also fab and the kids enjoyed it. I really can't thank you all enough.... particularly Ella & Matthew..... Thank you for helping my son to enjoy his special day. I definitely highly recommend Gravity as a party venue or even just a fun day out. We will be visiting again!! X

Would just like to point out one gripe.....the lack of disabled access/lift to the top floor is a real shame and it did mean that one of our family members was unable to join us in the party room. I really feel that this should be looked into. X

Friendly, helpful staff for our first visit, gave a lot of attention to my daughter who absolutely loved it. Great interraction from all the staff and we pretty much had the whole park to ourselves for nearly an hour 😊

Fantastic venue for fun for all the family.

The staff are exceptional especially when interacting with younger members of my family. There are plenty of extra activities including the dodgeball zone and even the disco lights added an extra bit of fun for all ages!

Definitely recommend to others, even for those who like to be active, it’s definitely a good work out!

Came today for the first time with our 3 children even though I finished the day in A&E , the kids had a great time and my Injury was just a freak accident where my ankle cockled so dnt let it put you off it won't us and we will be returning I'll probably just supervise next time. But I must say the staff where amazing really helpful with ice packs, water and even a wheelchair to take me back to the car couldn't of asked for anything more. A great team at gravity hull .

Attended yesterday we were a group of 8 kids absolutely loved it. 1 hour wasn’t quite long enough for the kids they didn’t want to leave. It cost just under £40 for 8 not including the socks. The disco came on at the end which was completely unexpected but made it more fun. One little gripe the lady taking photos was very selective of who she took pictures of and only one person out of our group had a photo. My daughter was looking at the end for her picture but she never had one taken. There was a Young lad member of staff who was playing with my kids they really enjoyed trying to push him off the beam. Definitely will be back soon 😀

An absolutely fantastic Trampoline Park. Took my daughter yesterday. All staff were incredibly friendly and informative. My daughter is a double foot amputee but this was not a problem. We spoke to management ahead of our session and they were very helpful. They even had socks made to fit her stumps. One of the most disabled friendly activities we have ever undertaken

Amazing place. Hannah and Joe really looked after us for my 8 year old sons birthday � . Nothing was too much trouble - so accommodating, friendly and helpful. Even when we are late arriving due to being held up in traffic - it wasn’t an issue, they put our slot back and adjusted our food time. Fabulous service. We will be back!

Always helpful and help my son who as problems out. Staff amazing. He loves it here. If I could give more starts i would. Yet again wounderful staff

Me and my 19 month old daughter have been to a few of the parent toddler sessions now and she loves it especially the ball pool balls that are set out everywhere. I think the only downfalls is that it is rather expensive to purchase a photo and are not able to take your own for memories with your child. Also there is a theme each month for the toddler groups. The princess and pirate sessions was good with the dresses around the trampolines and balloons at the end but the with recent under the sea theme I couldn’t see any reason with how it was the under the sea theme?

Apart from those small things we enjoy coming here

Visited yesterday with my son and 8 friends for his birthday this wasn’t booked as a birthday party but was booked over the phone when arriving we were told they was a mix up with our booking and couldn’t get us in till a later time this was 90 min later another lady then explained that was due to a excisise class on fair enough would let us on if no one turned up if we waited so we did to find there was 1 man on his own that had the whole trampoline park to his self my question is why couldn’t this be sectioned off for him and letvthe children on as it was your mistake

Yes the children did enjoy there visit in the end but didn’t enjoy the 90 min wait around

I had my sons 7th Birthday here today. The host was nice and the kids had fun on the trampolines but the party food was a massive disappointment!! I had chosen the Hot dog option which was supposed to be Hot dog, nachos, cheese and dips (as stated on website) but each child got a hot dog and then two bowls of curly fries were put on table for the 14 kids to fight over. Firstly it wasn’t what was on menu and secondly two bowls of fries for 14 kids is a joke. I asked for ketchup and the bottles were nearly empty so the kids were struggling to get any out. The dessert was also disappointing supposed to be a warm chocolate brownie and it was three little bits of brownie that you’d buy from supermarket with abit of ice cream. Also says unlimited soft drinks on website and was just squash. We were also supposed to get a souvenir photo but our host said the printer wasn’t working and she would email it but haven’t received anything. Not one to complain but for £14.95 per head I expected abit more.

Visited yesterday with my son and 8 friends for his birthday this wasn’t booked as a birthday party but was booked over the phone when arriving we were told they was a mix up with our booking and couldn’t get us in till a later time this was 90 min later another lady then explained that was due to a excisise class on fair enough would let us on if no one turned up if we waited so we did to find there was 1 man on his own that had the whole trampoline park to his self my question is why couldn’t this be sectioned off for him and letvthe children on as it was your mistake

Yes the children did enjoy there visit in the end but didn’t enjoy the 90 min wait around

I had my sons 7th Birthday here today. The host was nice and the kids had fun on the trampolines but the party food was a massive disappointment!! I had chosen the Hot dog option which was supposed to be Hot dog, nachos, cheese and dips (as stated on website) but each child got a hot dog and then two bowls of curly fries were put on table for the 14 kids to fight over. Firstly it wasn’t what was on menu and secondly two bowls of fries for 14 kids is a joke. I asked for ketchup and the bottles were nearly empty so the kids were struggling to get any out. The dessert was also disappointing supposed to be a warm chocolate brownie and it was three little bits of brownie that you’d buy from supermarket with abit of ice cream. Also says unlimited soft drinks on website and was just squash. We were also supposed to get a souvenir photo but our host said the printer wasn’t working and she would email it but haven’t received anything. Not one to complain but for £14.95 per head I expected abit more.
