Please note bookings are only secure once we have received the deposit for the session. Deposits are 40% of the quoted price and are none refundable. If you wish to re arrange your appointment please give at least 2 weeks notice otherwise it will be treated as a cancellation and you will unfortunately loose your deposit .
If you have paid in full for your session and wish to cancel, please give at least 1 weeks notice to ensure a refund. We are able to refund 60% of your payment however a monies will be lost if 1 weeks notice has not being provided.
