called in this morning for breakfast fantastic food our waitress was brilliant very polite

after what can only be the worst experience i've had in a restaurant we came here the next day and it was absolutely amazing, the staff were really welcoming and the food was top notch, would definitely recommend, hats off to the managers of this establishment!

Karen and I called in spur of the moment for lunch the service was great very attentive. The menu has a good selection to choose from and while we were waiting for the meal the salad bar was well stocked and fresh I would recommend this place to everyone very clean

I'm gluten\dairy free I found the staff extremely helpful and I enjoyed my meal

Had a late lunch with my friend before the cinema. Hardly anyone in and food was great. Free Pepsi top up and very reasonably priced.

Visited after a trip to cinema. Got a table straight away. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly and a very tasty lunch. Definitely visit again 😁

Me and my daughter called after a shopping day out. The service was really good and the chicken breast i had was the nicest i have had in a long time. The salad bar was also well stocked even thougt it was the end of the night. Will definately go again!

We where greeted by a lovely young lady and taken to our table, she was very helpful and informative. As I'm healthy eating I opted for a steak with jacket potato, no fried onion rings and no oil glazed mushroom. I was hoping to fill my plate with salad. Unfortunately the salad bar was run down and most of the remaining ingredients where dried out. The lettuce had turned brown and the salad dressings where not clearly labelled, I was after the reduced fat one. I went on to ask if the small bread buns where wholemeal or brown but after much questioning the staff weren't really sure. The food I did eat was very nice and the menu enabled me to eat out with my family whilst still being in control of losing weight which is why we picked Harvester. The kitchen staff where very entertaining and it was great being able to see them cook our food. We had a nice meal, but it would have been better if the salad was fresher.

We were seated near the door which every time someone opened it was filled with an icy blast so we asked if we could close the outer door she said “it’s a fire door it needs to stay open”

Clearly doesn’t know her fire regulations anyway tried to order my mum a light bite kids meal and she said can’t do that as we have free salad which I say was not good hardly any choice - we ordered food and she obviously didn’t listen when my Mum ordered chips instead of a jacket potatoe she did apologise but in all fairness we were

Pretty fed up with the managers attitude at this point - my food was also cold but again couldn’t actually be bothered complaining. We won’t be back in a hurry I’m afraid I’ve had better service in McDonald’s!!!

Good service ordered a full breakfast for 11 people only fault was the toast was more like bread

Waitress was lovely but our food sat in the hatch for at least 5 minutes before we got it and it was luke warm. The lady re heated it for us but was only her on floor and a lot of food coming out and customers coming in

Visited on Saturday with my partner and our 2 sons (10+11). They ordered from the “older kids menu” and were very disappointed when their food arrived. The quantity of food was what I would expect to be served for a 3 year old! They were both starving when we left and wanted to go to McDonalds!! I ordered ribs and although they were tasty, they were stone cold. Won’t be back in a hurry!

First time I have been there but won't go again. Waited ages for our food, others who came in after us were served before us. Didn't enjoy the food when it came. All 5 of us were disappointed with the food.

hi I came in for breakfast this morning and the service was the worst we have ever had here. I come regularly with family and friends but this morning we were left waiting over half an hour with no staff asking if we wanted more food (my brother did but filled up on toast) we had to find the staff to pay they didn't seem to want to get us a bill. such a shame because normally we recommend this place

The place was not busy however half of what we wanted they had run out of, when I eventually made an order of ribs they were terrible, cheep meat , very slimy and I could not eat them the corn on the cob was bland and soft and texture not right having complained when I was asked in fairness to them my meal was deducted from the bill in Fact the only thing which was ok was the diet Pepsi . Will I go back again , no chance

Poor service , asked for salt ended up getting it myself as waitress was more interested in chatting to work mates , my wifes order arrived wrong twice by the time they got it right we had all finished eating . Wouldnt reccomend or come back

Ordered waited over an hour to get cold food delivered to the table, when replaced it was hot and tasty, however next table had same experience. Not sure if we will go back

My partner and I came for tea on Saturday evening and were asked to wait for a table for 15 minutes, which wouldn’t have been a problem at all, although there were a number of empty tables which were never actually filled. When we were assigned a table we were given menus and given time to decide on our menu choices, all in all I would say that this was another 10 minutes or so. One of our party hadn’t quite decided on a menu choice, again not a complaint, but this added another 5 minutes onto the time we had been at the restaurant. It was only when we tried to order the rotisserie chicken that we were informed that this was not on the menu, nor did they have any burgers that evening as none had been delivered. This may very well have been a problem with suppliers, but why was this not mentioned when we walked through the door? We were already 30 minutes into our evening before this was even brought up; this represents a significant part of your menu. I don’t think we’ll be coming back again, not because you sometimes have problems with your suppliers (all businesses do, and that was not your fault), but because you failed to give us the opportunity to choose to go elsewhere on this occasion and failed to be upfront about this issue. Failure to manage customer expectations will loose you business and it’s lost you ours.

Had a very bad experience here a few years ago with the managers lack of manners towards a vulnerable member of our party. (The manager with the blonde hair. Our receipt said Angie) Decided to give it another try this morning, and we were rudely reminded why we never come here anymore. The same manager from our last visit , took our order and my mum ordered a vegetarian breakfast but when it arrived, it came with black pudding! The younger waitress who had brought it across was very apologetic and sent it back. She mentioned to the manager about it at the food pass, to which she SHOUTED "she asked for it!!!!" that loud, the entire restaurant turned to look. Very embarrassing for my poor mum (yet again!!!) When the manager came over, we asked if there was any need for her to react in that manner. She was very unapologetic and rude.

Would be a lovely restaurant with nice food but sadly, your manager lets the place down. Won't be giving it another chance. Absolutely disgusted with the place.
