We recently bought a house through Indigo Greens. Right from the outset Emma & Simon were fantastic. Not only in sorting out bits and pieces between us and the vendors, but more importantly helping the process move along by contacting other Agents and Solicitors in the chain. I can't recommend Indigo Greens enough and if we move again, we'd be contacting them first. Keep up the good work!!!!

Simon and Emma’s approach to house selling in a very different way with very innovative ways of marketing your property and also how they communicate with you when you get viewings. They were also very efficient and we could not fault their service.

Indigo Lettings are truly wonderful. Emma is truly dedicated to offering great properties. Her care doesn‚Äôt stop once you have moved in - she‚Äôs always in reach by phone or text if you need anything. I was in a shared property and Emma always ensured that new tenants would ‚Äėfit‚Äô with the house dynamic so that everyone felt comfortable. Truly a home! All this at without tenant fees! The majority of ‚Äėbig name‚Äô letters could learn a lot from Indigo! I would let through them again in a heartbeat and wouldn‚Äôt hesitate to recommend.

If we could give them more stars we definitely would. There is nothing bad we could say about the process and how helpful Emma and Simon were. They made buying our first home a dream!



Firstly, we called after driving past the property and managed to get a viewing the same day! Emma and Simon were warm and welcoming and could answer any questions we had. The meeting was more casual which helped us relax and we were allowed to leisurely view the property.



When we contact them the next day to make an offer I asked about the process as it was new to us and they were extremely helpful and outlined everything simply.



We felt like we were part of a team as Emma/Simon worked with us to get our offer accepted and sold us as ‚Äúfirst time buyers with the ability to turn the house into a home‚ÄĚ to the sellers.



Once our offer was accepted Simon and Emma was contactable at any time over WhatsApp which meant that we were able to move the process quickly and we could support each other chasing on both sides. They also answered any questions we had.



Overall we could not thank them enough and I would recommend them to anyone for a friendly, efficient service that made the process of buying a house a dream!

Our house was on the lettings market with another agency (who I won't name obviously!) since early December 2017 and after numerous problems (and months!) we decided to dual let our property with Indigo Greens. Low and behold... less than 1 week after it being on the market with them, it was LET! With tenants moved in the following week! I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and made it so easy for us, especially as we are on the other side of the world! They went above and beyond what we expected, and I would massively recommend them to anyone letting or selling a house in York!! Thank you so so much Emma and Simon!! You have made our last 2 weeks much less stressful!! Very happy customers!!!! :D

I had an apartment on the market with a large agents in York, stood for three weeks, a friend suggested speaking to Simon and Emma and 9 days later the flat was let without a rent reduction. I recently handed over a house I have and less than a week I have tenants. It’s not just the expediency of finding suitable tenants, they go above and beyond in terms of managing the properties for me. Wouldn’t use anyone else in York. Keep up the good work guys
