As a company JDL Health Ltd offers a wide range of skills and experience making it possible to tailor the environment, training styles and methods to suit each and every individual presenting themselves to us. Our primary focus is to meet the wants and needs of our clientele; ranging from people suffering from illnesses or injuries to those that simply need a little help losing weight or improving their physical image and strength.

The key areas that we specialise in are as follows:
• Anti and Post Natal Exercise: Tailoring individual or group activities for women in any stage of their pregnancy, providing safe and effective exercise based around the health of mum and baby.

• Exercise Referral: Working with individuals with any medical condition that could benefit from exercise. The most common of which are those that are diagnosed with Hypertension, Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoporosis and Mental Health disorders.

• Personal Training: Unique, varied training styles and routines tailored for both individuals and groups. This approach allows for both client and trainer to create and diversify each and every training session to meet the specific desires of that person.

• Childhood and Adult Weight Management Services: Lifestyle and behavioural interventions based around clients needs to aid weight loss. This service is delivered as a one to one or group base as well as family and school sessions.

• Body and Food Coaching Services: This service allows for the client to be in constant contact with the trainer. This role differs from Personal Training as it includes pre and post training care, nutritional advice, macro and micro nutrient monitoring and extended aftercare.
