Due to a big increase in our workload we have 3 job vacancies. We require 1 x van driver for long distance UK work and occasional local multidrop work. Must be over 25 and have previous driving experience. 50 hours per week but those hours can be anytime night or day between Monday morning and Friday night. We also require 2 warehouse staff responsible for unloading vehicles, sorting parcel freight on to pallets, wrapping and loading trailer. These jobs are 20 hours per week 3pm-7pm Monday to Friday. Exhibition equipment for a show delivered to the Hilton Hotel in Warsaw, Poland. Our driver Dave loaded out of Northampton on Wednesday and delivered Friday morning, he had a couple of days off to see the sights 😆 whilst the exhibition was on then reloaded the goods and set off back to the UK on Sunday morning.

Although goods were received, the driver did not even speak (even after i said good morning) and had a face like thunder after knocking on my door and not answering straight away as i was in bed.



When requesting a signature to sign for for the ittems, he simply unfolded an invoice and still without speaking, pointed to the signature box and handed me a pen.



How they are still in buisiness, i do not know. I wouldn't use them again by choice. This driver defiantly needs to learn some manners. �

Unfortunately can't give this shower a zero rating unable to follow simple instructions "because we don't read the shipment log" miracle products weren't damaged given the state of the boxes! When I finally got through because they don't answer their XDP number had people shouting to "f#@k off" in the background! Very professional!!

This is the worse courier service I have ever met. The driver was arrogant, abusive and tried to be intimidating and when you telephone the company the manager puts the phone down in you.I would seriously think twice as a company about using this courier firm as you will lose custom if this is how they treat your customers.

Terrible service. Need closing down. This company is a sub-contractor for xdp express. I have had problems with every delivery they have done. Items are going missing on most consignments and they left a £550 order out in the rain without informing my customer causing distress. Had another item left outside today to the value of £120 which is now missing. Every consignment is marked as do not leave safe / signature required. Your making my business look unprofessional and have effected nearly a £1000 of orders. I will be reporting you to the main office and taking matters further against yourselves. Laura who works in your office sides with your appalling drivers and blames the customers. You need shutting down.
