Wishing all our customer's who are celebrating the end of Ramadan a wonderful Eid! 🎉

What a fab place! 2nd time I've been with my son (2) and today a few friends joined us. we went for the toddler session arriving at 10 and leaving after 2 and for only £3pp. All staff are very friendly and happily interacted with the kids. Will definitely be recommending to others and we will be visiting again.

We visited today with our 2 sons 6 & 9. They were extremely giddy about their visit and the girl on reception was very receptive of this and was great explaining what would happen when it was their turn. I explained that my oldest son has Autism and immediately the member of staff said if he needs the music or lights turning down let me know as no-one else was booked in at that point (amazing), she also said I was able to go to my son at any point if he needed help in any way. Throughout the hour play both the girl and the guy who was working too watched and assisted both my sons in the apparatus. They were very patient when they sometimes tried to bend the rules got over excited. It was a great experience in a great venue. We will be back for my sons birthday in 3 weeks time. Thank you most sincerely.

We visited for the first time yesterday. With 2x12 Yr olds, a 2 Yr old and 3x10 Yr olds.. Absolutely fantastic for all ages.. Will definitely be coming back.. 6 very happy, and very tired kids.. Great value cafe too.. All in all, a great visit and fantastic value for money.. We'll be back xxx

The kids had a fantastic time! Even when my son overheated and I was trying to cool him down, a staff member ran to get an ice pack that worked a treat!

Easy to book online, and quicker to sign waiver online too although there was facilities available to do it there.

Would definitely be back soon.

Kids loved it today and the young lady who was working with all the kids on the trampolines was lovely and helpful shame she ain't on the floor normally as she was a hit with the kids

Great first impressions. Although we did bring our own socks but I needed to buy there's. Wasn't really an issue as it did state this on the website so thought I might.

I had 4 8 year olds and they loved it. I loved being able to have a coffee and watch them play.

I do have a suggestion though and for the assault cause have some foam steps as the girls wanted to go on it but unable to reach them and I couldn't lift them to assist.

But all in all coffee was great and the slushi was great and great choice of flavours.

Lockers are fab and great that you don't have to fiddle about with change.

Will be coming again.

I was really impressed that we could stay all the way until 3pm - our local trampoline park enforces the one-hour slot so it was great that she could keep bouncing til she dropped! The staff were friendly and helpful and the cafe looking over the trampolines meant I could go get a drink and sit down and still keep watching her bounce with grandma.

Oh and loving the Disney tunes - you kept me well entertained even though I couldn't bounce!

Brilliant party fun for 10yr olds birthday. Lovely and clean, very attentive and patient party host and masses of food at the party tea.

Very impressed with all the very smiley and polite staff too.

Amazing. Attended the toddler session and can’t praise Jumperooz enough! Not only was there no time restriction (unlimited jumping 10-3!) there’s such a variety of trampolines, ball areas and assault courses my 1.5 and 3.5 year old stayed amazingly amused for 3 full hours! Plus no time restriction mean I was happy for them to nip for snack and (free) juice breaks too! We even had a very generously sized pizza and chips and they stayed amused waiting with all the colouring they provided free too!

Staff also were so friendly, very safety focused but also super fun! They even put special request Disney songs on especially for my Cars 3 mad toddler!

It’s 45 mins from me but shall be making that trips lots more in the future!

Anyone with toddlers or children needing energy release - you have to visit here!!

My self and 11 yr old son came her the other day with some friends. All the children enjoyed the activities available, but did feel there were too many younger children in the same session. This lead them to worry about bumping them and not been able to fully access all activities.

I understand you have toddler sessions at times, could you look at having older children sessions so they don’t have to worry about hurting little ones? Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

The trampoline park is great for the kids but the waiting area/cafe upstairs is a little chaotic. If your wanting to keep an eye on your kids it’s only those lucky enough to have a seat by the window that can do thIs, so be prepared to hover by those seats to view. As jumping is on the hour, it’s a little crazy when the kids come off and upstairs to find there parents, we found moving downstairs to put shoes on was easier as 30 or so kids all doing the same thing was a little unbearable for me! Maybe a waiting room to meet your kids 5 mins before the end is worth looking into .

Dosent accommodate lone parents with more than one child as its one adult to one child. I visited today (after booking online with no issues) and upon arrival was told we could not bounce because I was on my own with two children under 6. So I had two very distraught children after they had been so excited to visit this place. Waste of a journey as it let me book online for two children one adult.

The children have been to 5 other trampoline parks in West Yorkshire..They left saying let's not come here again ..

They are age 9 & 12 .. They were not aloud to do any flips ..& as they said I can jump up & down on the spot on my own trampoline at home ...

Would give a 0* if it was possible. It took us atleast half an hour to check in despite booking prior online. So much for the supposed easier booking system. Not much point in an easier system if even the staff don't know their backsides from their elbows. The actual jump session would have been worth it if it wasnt for the vile profanity and explicit lyrics blasting for all children to hear. The staff offered a very poor excuse of an apology followed by the manager shrugging his shoulders telling many furious parents that "there's nothing he can do now".



For anyone thinking of visiting, take a word of advice and spend your money elsewhere to ensure your day isnt spoilt by appalling service and the corruption of your small children, or wait until jumparooz has employed some trained monkeys to do a better job.

What a fab place! 2nd time I've been with my son (2) and today a few friends joined us. we went for the toddler session arriving at 10 and leaving after 2 and for only £3pp. All staff are very friendly and happily interacted with the kids. Will definitely be recommending to others and we will be visiting again.

We visited today with our 2 sons 6 & 9. They were extremely giddy about their visit and the girl on reception was very receptive of this and was great explaining what would happen when it was their turn. I explained that my oldest son has Autism and immediately the member of staff said if he needs the music or lights turning down let me know as no-one else was booked in at that point (amazing), she also said I was able to go to my son at any point if he needed help in any way. Throughout the hour play both the girl and the guy who was working too watched and assisted both my sons in the apparatus. They were very patient when they sometimes tried to bend the rules got over excited. It was a great experience in a great venue. We will be back for my sons birthday in 3 weeks time. Thank you most sincerely.

We visited for the first time yesterday. With 2x12 Yr olds, a 2 Yr old and 3x10 Yr olds.. Absolutely fantastic for all ages.. Will definitely be coming back.. 6 very happy, and very tired kids.. Great value cafe too.. All in all, a great visit and fantastic value for money.. We'll be back xxx

The kids had a fantastic time! Even when my son overheated and I was trying to cool him down, a staff member ran to get an ice pack that worked a treat!

Easy to book online, and quicker to sign waiver online too although there was facilities available to do it there.

Would definitely be back soon.

Kids loved it today and the young lady who was working with all the kids on the trampolines was lovely and helpful shame she ain't on the floor normally as she was a hit with the kids

Great first impressions. Although we did bring our own socks but I needed to buy there's. Wasn't really an issue as it did state this on the website so thought I might.

I had 4 8 year olds and they loved it. I loved being able to have a coffee and watch them play.

I do have a suggestion though and for the assault cause have some foam steps as the girls wanted to go on it but unable to reach them and I couldn't lift them to assist.

But all in all coffee was great and the slushi was great and great choice of flavours.

Lockers are fab and great that you don't have to fiddle about with change.

Will be coming again.

First visit ever to a trampoline park... Went to the 10am toddler session, really good... Very reasonably priced at £3 per person, lots of different activities for the children, very good that the sessions run during half term meant the little ones could enjoy without big kids... Music very appropriate Disney songs and lockers upstairs free... Will definitely be going again. I found the staff friendly and seemed to like the little ones.

First visit children 5 6 7 loved it you need someone tall to life them on to the high rings so they can swing out and drop of into pit one or to older children did run across trampoline that they were bouncing on one child per trampoline you have to watch safety video before you go into bounce area out side parking limited leave your coats in car if there's a few of you they do have lockers in cafe but after 3 coats and shoes we were looking for another but as I said kids love it cafe only dose drinks hot cold drinks crisp few buns and that's it

First time we have been today and kids, aged 4 and 6, loved it. First thing we thought was how clean the place is. Absolutely spotless. And the staff were all really friendly and pleasant. They explained what we needed to do and there was a young lad who worked there who was showing the kids how to do back flips and things. Shame our kids were bit too young to do anything other than jumping. We didn’t eat as we had reservations elsewhere but the food looked good and reasonably priced as well. All in all great fun for the family.

First time visiting today for the toddler session we have visited a few different trampoline parks and have to say the staff here are brilliant interacting with the kids rather than stood about just watching we didn't eat there but the food did look yummy the place is very clean and love the fact it's unlimited as my little boy always gets upset at other parks having to leave after an hour we will deffo be returning

Came for the first time yesterday with my 2.5 year old for the toddler session. Being pregnant I knew I wouldn't be able to bounce but it was good to still be able to go in with her into the arena rather than having to stay in the cafe/viewing area.

I was really impressed that we could stay all the way until 3pm - our local trampoline park enforces the one-hour slot so it was great that she could keep bouncing til she dropped! The staff were friendly and helpful and the cafe looking over the trampolines meant I could go get a drink and sit down and still keep watching her bounce with grandma.

Oh and loving the Disney tunes - you kept me well entertained even though I couldn't bounce!

Brilliant party fun for 10yr olds birthday. Lovely and clean, very attentive and patient party host and masses of food at the party tea.

Very impressed with all the very smiley and polite staff too.

Amazing. Attended the toddler session and can’t praise Jumperooz enough! Not only was there no time restriction (unlimited jumping 10-3!) there’s such a variety of trampolines, ball areas and assault courses my 1.5 and 3.5 year old stayed amazingly amused for 3 full hours! Plus no time restriction mean I was happy for them to nip for snack and (free) juice breaks too! We even had a very generously sized pizza and chips and they stayed amused waiting with all the colouring they provided free too!

Staff also were so friendly, very safety focused but also super fun! They even put special request Disney songs on especially for my Cars 3 mad toddler!

It’s 45 mins from me but shall be making that trips lots more in the future!

Anyone with toddlers or children needing energy release - you have to visit here!!

My self and 11 yr old son came her the other day with some friends. All the children enjoyed the activities available, but did feel there were too many younger children in the same session. This lead them to worry about bumping them and not been able to fully access all activities.

I understand you have toddler sessions at times, could you look at having older children sessions so they don’t have to worry about hurting little ones? Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

The trampoline park is great for the kids but the waiting area/cafe upstairs is a little chaotic. If your wanting to keep an eye on your kids it’s only those lucky enough to have a seat by the window that can do thIs, so be prepared to hover by those seats to view. As jumping is on the hour, it’s a little crazy when the kids come off and upstairs to find there parents, we found moving downstairs to put shoes on was easier as 30 or so kids all doing the same thing was a little unbearable for me! Maybe a waiting room to meet your kids 5 mins before the end is worth looking into .

Dosent accommodate lone parents with more than one child as its one adult to one child. I visited today (after booking online with no issues) and upon arrival was told we could not bounce because I was on my own with two children under 6. So I had two very distraught children after they had been so excited to visit this place. Waste of a journey as it let me book online for two children one adult.

The children have been to 5 other trampoline parks in West Yorkshire..They left saying let's not come here again ..

They are age 9 & 12 .. They were not aloud to do any flips ..& as they said I can jump up & down on the spot on my own trampoline at home ...

Would give a 0* if it was possible. It took us atleast half an hour to check in despite booking prior online. So much for the supposed easier booking system. Not much point in an easier system if even the staff don't know their backsides from their elbows. The actual jump session would have been worth it if it wasnt for the vile profanity and explicit lyrics blasting for all children to hear. The staff offered a very poor excuse of an apology followed by the manager shrugging his shoulders telling many furious parents that "there's nothing he can do now".



For anyone thinking of visiting, take a word of advice and spend your money elsewhere to ensure your day isnt spoilt by appalling service and the corruption of your small children, or wait until jumparooz has employed some trained monkeys to do a better job.
