Amazing customer service and the outfits are of amazing quality.

Went to Kashmiri bazaar with the hope that we would find some beautiful clothing for my sisters wedding. We chose an outfit & were promised a customised made to measure final product. First the outfit got lost - okay that wasn’t their fault but then when we did get the outfit it was 3 sizes too big for me, and there was no customisation on it like we asked for. I went back to this store about 7 times in 10 days trying to get my clothes fixed. I was fobbed off by one person in particular who criticised me about my size!! The point of made to measure clothing is that they are MADE TO MEASURE! It is not my fault their tailors didn’t follow the correct sample size!

Went back yet again & was promised time & again my outfit would be fixed. I went at the allocated time and the staff were all sat around saying that they were dead busy and the tailor hadn’t yet fixed the outfit. They asked me to come back in a few hours. Went back again & the shop had closed half an hour before its closing time.. went back again today literally the day before the wedding, picked up the outfit because I was rushing, came home and tried it on to find that they’d tightened ONE SLEEVE and ignored the rest of the outfit. What kind of service is that?! How do they even think that’s acceptable?? I rang them back and they laughed at me. The first & last time I buy anything from there. Disgusted isn’t the word.
