We have had an incredibly busy week at Kavanaghs so far...a big thank you to all our lovely customers and our hardworking team. Somehow Dean has found the time to prepare some lovely desserts for this weekend including...chocolate oat cake, brownie cheesecake and the old favourite pineapple upside down cake. We hope to see you over the weekend.

It's going to be another lovely weekend in Beverley...why not come and see us and enjoy one of Dean's lovely desserts..most of the Viennese whirls have already been pre-ordered so you will need to get here early! I think the fresh fruit pancakes look rather tempting. Hope to see you soon.

Dean and Chris have created a very summery specials board for this weekend ....Dean has filled the cake display fridge with lots of lovely desserts but you will have to get here early to claim a Viennese whirl - we have taken pre-orders for half of them! THEY ARE THAT GOOD!

We are looking forward to some glorious weather - you canŌĆÖt beat sitting outside Kavanaghs and watching the world go by with a lovely slice of cake. Dean has been busy filing our cake fridge with some tempting cakes and puddings just in case you pop in to see us this weekend.

Good morning from a very sunny Beverley...looking forward to a lovely bank holiday weekend with lots of tempting Dean creations for you to enjoy.

Happy Easter from Kavanaghs. We hope that you have been good during lent as Dean has created some very indulgent Easter desserts including....Cadbury cream scotch eggs and hot cross bread and butter pudding. Hope that you find time on Saturday or Monday to visit us (we will be closed on Easter Sunday).

This weekends specials include...a Mississippi mud pie, lemon and white chocolate cheesecake and a raspberry and almond tart. Finally a half decent weather forecast should make Beverley nice and busy...hope that you pop in and try one of DeanŌĆÖs specials while enjoying our townŌĆÖs lovely atmosphere.

Dean has filled the cake counter with lots of tempting treats ...there is a distinctly Irish theme with... chocolate and Guinness cake, Bailey's and chocolate cheesecake and my favourite a brandy cream gateau with Irish icing. Hope you can brave the weather this weekend and pop in to try one of them.

This weekend Dean has focused on chocolate for our dessert specials with...chocolate tea cakes,baileys chocolate fudge squares and chocolate oat cake served warm with custard or ice cream...yummy!!

This week Dean has created some new desserts.... lemon & white chocolate tart, strawberry and lemon cookie sandwiches and dark chocolate and raspberry tart.

We are happy to announce Kavanaghs has been shortlisted for a tourism award!! Whatever the result, it is a great excuse for all of our hard-working team to get dressed up and have a big night out at the award's ceremony.

This weekend we have the return of DeanŌĆÖs legendary Viennese Whirls, you will need to get here early as they always sell very fast! He has also made a cherry, chocolate and cola cake for the first time - hopefully it will become another crowd pleaser.

Christmas cakes made..thank you Dean, Christmas boards written...thank you Kelsey. Christmas decorations up and a cake fridge full of Christmas inspired desserts ...it's beginning to look at lot like Christmas at Kavanaghs this weekend.

There doesn't appear to be any lack of places to eat in Beverly, glad I found Kavanaghs. Lovely food and service in a civilised atmosphere. Would recommend

One of my favourite cafes in Beverley. It's always our first choice for lunch. Lovely, helpful staff and always a good atmosphere. The food is gorgeous and even my 2 year old toddler loves visiting here. I even had my recent baby shower here (May 2018) and it was absolutely beautiful from the food to the service.

Nipped into Kavanaghs Cafe because it was chucking it down with rain. My wife and I weren't disappointed as the food was delicious, and faultless. We will be visiting there again, at some point.

Lovely food and exceptionally friendly staff, very polite and nothing too much trouble. We got a last minute table on a busy Saturday afternoon. I had the best panini everrrrr! I have only one negative and that was some of the customers were exceptionally rude but the staff dealt with them professionally. Well done you and your staff are a credit to Beverley...

It was our second lunch there and undoubtedly not the last! Expect to see us again, very soon ’┐ĮThe food is excellent and the service very friendly and fast ’┐ĮHighly recommended ’┐Į

I booked a baby shower afternoon tea for 12 people and it was a lovely afternoon. The service was fantastic, we had a room upstairs to ourselves, lots of tea, coffee and soft drinks ,and the food was great. They also catered for a gluten-free afternoon tea and a nut-free one, plus some people requested specific sandwiches. They really couldnŌĆÖt have done much more to be more accommodating. A great success and a lovely afternoon tea. Thank you.

Excellent service with friendly staff and the food was delicious. We will definately come again when we pay another visit to Beverley.

Absolutely lovely to be in here today - hungry toddler behaving quite well but, still, toddlery, and a tired 6 month old wanting food and milk and sleep so being a bit grumpy. A sit down was needed!

Lots of lovely customers talking to the kids and when I was paying I was apologising to the waitress as I was paying she said that the children were lovely and that I was doing "a great job".

So lovely to feel both welcomed and reassured when nappies and hunger and tired strike!
