From the excellent shopping opportunities in Leeds to the more cultured world heritage site of Saltaire there is something for everyone to do.

Our friendly approachable staff are always on hand to tackle any issues you may have. With an on-site maintenance team we ensure that all repairs are dealt with quickly and efficiently. We provide an emergency out of office hours maintenance service so there is always someone at the end of a phone in case you need us. We pride ourselves on creating a community feel within our accommodation and are the only landlord in Bradford to provide a welcome barbeque for our tenants. This provides tenants with the opportunity to meet house mates and neighbours (whilst enjoying some free food and drinks).
