Masala Craft - Craft Beer Bar And Indian Street Food

Went there as my hubby loves Indian food. I had lamb kofta with a lovely sauce, spicy but not to hot, mushroom rice and a plain nan bread. Colin had, can't remember the name but, chicken stuffed with lamb mince in a mild sauce, mushroom rice and chapatis. He said it was excellent the best he has ever tasted. �

We had a lovely meal yesterday evening, it had beautiful flavours.

Very impressed. Had massala lamb chops and they even did a social home made sauce for me. Definitely going back again soon.

The food was lovely, not a bad dish. The service was good, the head waiter kept apologising for the waitress as she was a it unsure,we didn't have a problem. He was very helpful and assisted our choices, my husband is gluten free and they were very accommodating. Will definitely go again.

Seriously good curry, my pathia was the best I’ve ever had (I judge a curry house by its pathia!). My wife and daughter both had different lamb shank dishes and both loved them �

Our first visit - the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a must for the Indian cuisine connoisseur as the menu is enticing and very different to other Indian restaurants. We will be back !!!

Food was fresh and chicken tender nan bread was light and crispy and thin spot on well worth the money

Excellent service nothing was too much trouble if it's not on the menu they will make it for you. The food itself is outstanding served piping hot and very well presented. Good value for money. Will return on our next visit to York.

Excellent food and service. Barbara and myself Went there to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. With my son and his wife. We found very little to complain over. The waiter always eager to be of help

Our choice of food was of excellent taste. Will go there again

They didn't do shami kebabs, their chicken tikka is thigh meat not breast, which is the only place to do than in the near 30 years ive been eating Indian food. Really not nice! And the service is rushed, although the waitress was nice enough. Won't be back.
