I love this store! Has a wide selection! The staff are very friendly & helpful!

I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to Michelle & the team at Matalan, Wheatley Hall Road! Trying to do the Christmas shopping whilst being a full time working single parent can be tricky!! My 8 year old daughter wanted the 'jo jo bow' pyjamas which were out of stock online (my usual way of shopping). Michelle was able to track them down for me in the store and saved them for me. Tonight I went to collect them, but had my daughter with me. The lovely lady who served me put them in a carrier bag- whilst removing the security tag, to ensure that she didn't see them before Father Christmas brings them!!! 5 star service and I am very grateful. Certainly makes Christmas shopping a lot less stressful!! Thanks again!! ���

Had a great range of maternity wear last time I came as nothing here in Scunthorpe! Will return again very soon!! X

Fantastic staff all go above and beyond to help you when you require assistance.

No need to be wearing shoddy clothes at these prices. Great choice.

Just left... wondered around for an hour and heard nothing about a grand home department opening or any offers etc. Even asked at the till and they didn't know anything about it. Also didn't take my 15% reward off my bill :/ Shoddy service as always. No change.

Ridiculous queues that shouldn't have been allowed to build up. I would avoid until Christmas has been and gone.

I ordered two waistcoat sets for a formal event my children will be attending. My son (age 3) was sent age 7 clothes on an age 5 coat hanger, the other had security tags left in. No time to return, not answering the complaints line, not answering emails and deleting comments on Facebook. I suggest you get in touch I want a full refund.
