Went to celebrate my partners birthday. First time here and we will be returning soon. Loved the meal and the service from the waiters/waitresses. We all ate something different and loved it all

Went for lunch with my parents. The lunchtime menu was great value and the portions were huge. Excellent value for money and will be back.

We went on a Saturday night as a party of 6. Fabulous service, great food and a buzzing atmosphere, and all at an am amazingly reasonable price. Highly recommended. We will definitely go again!!

We walked in without booking on a Friday about 7pm they were more than happy to accommodate us, it was fairly busy but the staff was more than friendly and food was served promptly. When we receive our food it was spot on very very tasty in fact I would say mouth watering it was literally that good! Prices are reasonable too. We will definitely be returning and will highly recommend to our friends/family !!

We have eaten here quite a few times now and every time it's been fantastic! we always order the Meze platter, it's delicious and you get lots, and it's only £11.95 pp.

Early 5pm visit on Saturday evening so expectedly quiet. Excellent value £11.99 platter which gave us a great introduction to Turkish food. Came in 3 courses - cold, hot starters then mixed grill. Couldn’t eat it all. But fabulous mix with lots of flavour. We will return

Celebrated my daughters 21st yesterday .Staff were friendly and helpful and efficient .Food was well presented and tasty .Ordered two hot and two clod mere platters and a selection of mains can highly recommend the kleftico and mixed grill but all food was excellent and very filling.Thanks to all the staff at mere for giving us a lovely memorable day.

Absolutely fabulous experience everytime! I'm all for supporting local businesses & this place is a little hidden gem!! Hygiene is a big thing for me, much to my delight the cutlery, plates, glasses etc are always spotless! Food is fresh, hot & the tastiest too!! Staff are always so friendly & both the inside restaurant & the outdoor terrace are such a joy to spend time in. Go & support your local restaurants as they are way better than the dull overpriced chains!! 👍🏼

1st went on a Tuesday food was amazing service spot on our 2nd visit on a Friday food was still amazing service very slow bought our main course but had not cleared the table from our starters. Defo go back but not on Friday or weekend

Went for lunch and for what we had plus a pint of Becks it was very good value. Both meals were filling and tasty. Well worth a visit.

This was our first visit to Meze but it won't be our last. Good, friendly service. Very pleasant surroundings. Food was superb and good value. Now working out when we can go again.

The food for me and my friends was excellent but and I hate to say this they did something I was gobsmacked at. Wife had mushrooms with side salad , she is allergic to peppers ( severe blisters ) and we told them this and made an absolute point about the salad. When it arrived there in all its glory were peppers, this meant the entire starter had to be sent back . The staff were apologetic and explained as the salad is already prepared they had PICKED OUT THE PEPPERS FROM THE SALAD!!!!!!!!. WHAT !!!! . I hope they don't pick out the peanuts for people with anaphylaxis. I feel a bit mean putting this as the front of staff were really nice. After this everything went smoothly and we got extra apology on way out at which point we stressed the importance of this.

Starter was best ive ever had, main was very nice aswell, service was spot on, had to keep coat on though

Overall the food was very nice! I cannot stand mushrooms and specifically asked for none in my dish but it came full of them!! They did knock off the cost of my starter to compensate which was a nice touch and they did apologise and I know it's just a small thing but that could have put me off going back but I have to say it didn't and I would like to go back as I love med food and Turkish and other than this the service and all else was very good!

Delicious moussaka, lamb livers and lamb skewers were very tender. Great service. Will visit again.
